This place rocks! I was looking for a strength and conditioning program to compliment my Brazilian jiu jitsu training and this is it! The programming is varied and effective- strength, conditioning, endurance and mobility work. The community is so supportive and not scary or intimidating at all, and the coaches are absolutely wonderful. They really care about your growth and are super knowledgeable. Very straight forward membership options with no hidden fees or anything. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been a member at TFW Longmont for 4+ years. I love that I just show up to class and the workout is all planned for me. Plus the Dojo Yo yoga class is great for restoration, stretching and staying flexible. The coaches are excellent and always provide great tips and feedback on your form!

This is an amazing place to build strength and become your best self. It is a super clean dojo with state-of-the-art equipment. Such a GREAT fun workout.
I've been going to gyms for 24 years and never went to a group class until this week at training for warriors with a friend.
The coaches and members were so welcoming and encouraging (I was a disaster during the jumping drills).
I had a great non-standard weights/cardio workout.
Highly recommended if you want to better your very important self. And take their message to help others.

I have been going to classes at Training For Warriors since April of last year (2023) and it has changed my life! I was never one for consistently working out at the gym, although I tried here and there over the years. When I first joined I was skeptical at first. I quickly realized that this was no ordinary “fitness center”, this place is for everyone! I was welcomed with open arms and I now feel like I’m part of a family! The owners and staff are amazing people who only want the best for their customers! Not only that, the owners, staff and patrons are all exceptional human beings whom I have grown to admire and respect! Hey skeptics, check out Training for Warriors in Longmont! I have belonged to gyms for 30+ years, and have always found something disappointing with either the staff, class or the facility. TFW was a delightful experience! I found the 1:1 coaching exceptional. First impression, the facility is CLEAN and well organized! Look no further, this is the best gym, workout facility, whatever you call it, you can find, is just so much than just a gym. TFW Longmont is the best gym I've ever been to. Kristy, Katy and Brian have changed how I feel about my body and how strong I feel. They support you at whatever fitness level you come in at and then help you move forward and get better.
And then there's the community that works out there! The philosophy at TFW is to support others and we're all in this together. People talk to each other and cheer you on. If you're having a bad day you will leave with a smile. Where else could you find that?
There are many different classes to pick from and what I love is that there are many different times a day when they're offered. I can always find a time that works for my schedule. You will be able to try strength training, cardio that is unlike any other gym, and endurance. There are also barre classes and yoga! Wow!

I have been training ( not working out ! important distinction) at TFW for going on 3 years now and I have to say it is the only place, program, training that has changed, truly changed my body. Updating my review from a year ago-- I have been coming to Training for Warriors for 2 years now. I reached out and met one of the coaches for a consultation. We came up with a game plan to get me started with their personalized recommendations. The Inbody body composition analysis is a really helpful way to track progress.. I have gained muscle and lost body fat during my training at TFW. I have participated in many challenges that they have held for our community (these are optional, but a great motivation & accountability boost). The coaches and community are wonderful. The coaches will meet you where you are & help you with your specific goals and needs. The community of warriors will cheer you on along the way! They have different class types, including strength, endurance, and conditioning. They also offer personal and small group training sessions. There is something for everyone at Training for Warriors Longmont!

Exercise has never been something I wanted to do, but realizing the need for healthier habits, I was persuaded by my husband to "just try" working out at Training for Warriors. I am SO glad I gave it a try! The whole TFW program has kept me physically active and the motivational / allegorical stories they share has helped me develop other aspects of my life beyond fitness (technology-free days, hydration and stretching which all help to alleviate stress--to name a few). Super awesome gym. It is truly built for people of all sizes, shapes, and fitness levels. Every class is fun and even though I’m trying to work through some back problems (previous issue), I still get a great sweat in! All the coaches are so helpful and if you need modifications - no problem. I love that there are super fit people working out with people that may just be getting started and we all have a ton of fun together. This place is awesome! It’s a gym, but not like any other gym you may have been to. You really need to come and experience it to understand. Joined 2 weeks ago and am feeling about 20 years younger. The workouts are varied and are definitely giving me the results I desire. I feel stronger and am energized for the day.
