I’ve been working with Drew for the last 3 months, and I highly recommend Drew to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Drew is very knowledgeable. What I appreciate the most is that Drew listens and does not judge. My primary goal is to get fit for tennis matches and Drew took this information and planned exercises that would help me during my matches. He explained why each exercises would help my tennis.

I definitely can say my fitness has improved vastly thanks to Drew and his tailored program for me. During my matches I’m no longer tired and the training I’ve done with Drew has given me more confidence that I’m a step ahead of my opponents.

Drew not only tailored our workouts to meet the demands of our dance choreography, but he was able to professionally make each of us get the maximum impact from our combined training hours even though our training backgrounds were at different levels!

I have been working with Drew for about 5 months and have thoroughly enjoyed it! Drew is the best personal trainer I’ve had. His workouts have increased my endurance, strength and confidence. My fitness journey with Drew Schlagel as my personal trainer began in January 2019 through November 2020. Drew is a credible, passionate, and knowledgeable trainer, with good character as a person and sincere heart to help the clients to achieve their goals. Drew designed customized workout plans that were effective for my personal goal, incorporating combination of all form of exercises, from cardio, weight lifting, strength, HIIT and endurance, to Spartan training.
Drew pays great attention to detail, to every single move during the training to make sure that it is being done right. In some of the sessions Drew pushed me hard to get the best out of me that I thought I could never do. Drew is willing to go above and beyond, such as spending his own time on research on various topics especially when it comes to the areas of concern for the clients to help getting the answer they need. Drew also asked me to diligently write food journal along with the exercises, to keep my nutrition intake on track.
I am a big believer on holistic approach to fitness, not only aiming at physical health and appearance, but more importantly the mental and spiritual wellness. As a trainer Drew was able to deliver and guide me through the process, with his profound knowledge and wisdom, along with his good sense of humor.
After about 20 months of wellness journey, I am able to keep it as a lifestyle, where I am at a fitness regime that I am truly happy with and motivated to maintain for life. My weight has been steady, my body is toned, and I am physically, mentally and spiritually stronger. I feel aspired to be the best version of myself.

Drew is a phenomenal trainer. I’ve been with him for about nine months partner training with my fiancé. I came to him fat and out of shape. Down on my body image after 2+ years of inactivity following the loss of my father.
Not only has my body gotten stronger and more functional, but my mental health has improved as well. I remembered that hard work and progress can be fun.
Not only has he trained me to a better form but he has helped my finance and my mom and I greatly appreciate his influence.

Drew is a very patient and professional coach. I've been training with him for almost five months now. My physique and body shape have changed for the better. I am very happy and thankful to Drew for this. Drew also would start the first session by asking for basic information about my body and what I wanted to achieve. He then uses this information to develop a training plan that will better help me accomplish my goals. Not only that, during the training process, Drew will always take care of your condition and protect you from injuries during the training process. Thru the years I've had probably 6 different trainers. Before I started training with Drew, I thought they had been pretty good fitness trainers. But as I remember back, I never lost much weight or clothes size. In the 1st 3 months working twice a week with Drew, I started noticing I was slowly losing lbs. And that wasn't even my goal. My body began to tone and trim down. I did this training because of back pain. At 3 to 6 months my discomfort was gone. And by the following summer my shorts were 2 sizes too big! Drew is so knowledgeable and sensitive to my response to specific exercises. He observes when something is no longer a challenge and ramps up weight and reps. I'm not passionate about fitness, but I'm so motivated to keep at it because of Drew's personality and skill. By far, the best personal trainer I've ever had. Can't recommend more.
