I’ve been training with Josh for the past 18 months, and the experience has been truly life-changing. With his guidance, I’ve lost 35 pounds, built noticeable muscle, and completely transformed my overall health and energy levels.

What really sets him apart is his positive and encouraging attitude. Every session is engaging and focused, and he always finds the right balance between pushing me to improve and keeping things enjoyable. He also kept me accountable, which made all the difference in staying consistent.

Beyond the workouts, the program included valuable education on nutrition and sustainable habits. I learned how to make smarter food choices and how to approach fitness as a long-term lifestyle rather than a short-term fix.

Josh is an awesome, knowledgeable and caring trainer. He truly loves seeing his clients succeed. No matter the setback or issues you might encounter during your health journey, Josh will be your biggest cheerleader to encourage you to stay focused and help you reach your goals. He helped this 61 yr old to lose on average 1 lb per week for a year, so a total of 52 lbs. Unfortunately for me, Josh is moving out of state, so now I will move on to the next phase of my weight loss journey with a new trainer(s). Josh provided the encouragement I needed to find my next trainer(s) because he truly cares that I continue to succeed. Whether you are trying to bulk up or lose weight, seeing clients succeed is truly Josh's passion. I joined with Trek back in February , so I’ve been with Josh from 8 months. I thought I was a confident person and walked in to Josh telling me I was obese lol 😂 he seriously helped me so much and kept me so accountable the past 8 months. Working with Josh at Trek Strength has changed everything about the way I approach nutrition and fitness. I've been an athlete most of my life and I thought I knew how to stay in shape, but I hit a wall after having two kids - especially with all that life throws at you after such a change. I've never tried personal training before, but felt like it was an investment in myself and my health worth making - so I took the leap through a 6-month program. The outcome: I've reduced my body fat percentage, built muscle and sometimes get funny comments like those of grandparents in my family saying "you look ripped!". I feel good about myself, and I'm now successfully doing all the things Josh taught me on my own after my program ended.

One thing that initially made me nervous was that Josh's fitness studio is in his home gym, in his basement. Heading to a total stranger's basement gym gave me pause, but when I arrived, Josh instantly made me feel comfortable, and his wife Sarah who works from home also put me at ease. During my time working with Josh, he and his wife had a baby, so it became a total bonus that I got to see their little guy every time I came by.

Josh is totally committed to his clients - he gets as excited to see them succeed as they do. If you're ready to work hard and make a change, Josh will get you there!

I've been with Joshua at Trek Strength now for 6 months. I am down 38lbs and more importantly, have never felt better. Josh offers a complete package to both training and eating and everything in between. Depending on the path you choose to take, he will put together a diet that works for you and meets your goals.

You cannot lose weight without help, at Trek Strength an app is used to target all these goals, and track your food. It seamlessly integrates with your favorite smart watches/fitbits. From there he can help keep you on track to success.

I was someone who never really touched the gym. Played soccer most of my life. At Trek Strength that is where the name meets its value. Josh will walk you through at a pace that best fits you, and teach you the why not just the how of exercising and the equipment used. I dealt with a couple of injuries, but no sweat! Being with a professional has its perks, we were able to on the spot tailor a workout that would allow my injury to heal, but my workouts would not fall behind.

All in all, this is the complete package. Of the few examples I have, he costs on average 35% less then any other trainer per session. Savings is passed on to you.

Commit, get motivated, and this place will get you results. Either way, Josh will help you with all of those.

You will meet your fitness goals at Trek Strength. Josh is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He will encourage, support, and push you. I have worked out at many different gyms and fitness studios and having Josh as my personal trainer has been the best thing I have done to reach my fitness goals. I made my weight goal, went down in body fat percentage, and got a lot stronger in just 6 months. He personalizes every workout and is constantly adapting them to keep you working hard and reaching your goals. He takes the guess work out of it. I know if I follow his plan and do xyz, I will meet my goals. He also gives you the added benefit of nutritional support. Learning how to get the right amount of macros in your diet along with the right amount of exercise is key. I thought when I started, I was already in pretty good shape and had a good amount of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and exercise, but Josh has taught me so much. I have fun and feel good every time I work out with him. I highly recommend Trek Strength.

Josh is an incredible trainer! He takes the time to not only get you stronger but also improve your mobility and posture. I didn’t realize how weak some of my muscles were that caused constant pain in other areas of my body. He created a custom plan to strengthen my core & strength which helped improve everything. Josh has been incredible to work with. He created a custom meal plan and exercise regimen to help me meet my goals, which consists of meal prep and in-person workouts three times per week. I have lost almost 20 lbs, my body fat percentage is down 10%, and my clothes fit better than they have in years. It was overwhelming trying to lose weight after my daughter was born, so I am incredibly grateful to have found Josh. He helps you master the fundamentals to prevent injury, and knows when/how to push you to lift heavier and perform better.
