Working with Sam over the last 10 months has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. After two surgeries and years in a sedentary job, I was struggling with balance, mobility, and strength. Sam changed that.
His approach is thoughtful, encouraging, and tailored to my needs. He didn’t just help me rebuild physically—he helped me regain confidence in what my body can do and lose some weight in the process. I’ve been working with Sam for a year now, and he has been nothing short of awesome. He’s helped so much with retraining my body to use the correct muscles after compensating for injuries I’ve had. He’s knowledgeable and motivating and his gym has everything you could need to get a great workout in. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend working with him. Whether you’re a dedicated /professional athlete or someone who has never worked out before, he has the knowledge and skillset to help you reach your goals. He's also a really nice guy and fun to hangout and workout with.

I started training with Sam in May of 2023 and have since seen incredible results. He tailored the workouts to my medical and lifestyle needs, also. His workouts are varied, interesting, full-body, and never too much or too little. He's also a super fun and upbeat person. I could write a book on how great Sam is. I’ve worked with a lot of Physical Trainers and Personal Trainers over the last 10 years. I knew Sam would be great from the first consultation, because he actually watched how I moved my body and immediately had ideas of where to improve. We started at the basics and we’ve built from there. The best part? He watches every movement and continually cues to make sure I’m doing movements correctly. I’m no longer in pain and I’m getting way stronger. He knows what he’s doing, knows what to watch for, and how to correct things. When something doesn’t work, we try something else or try an easier version. It’s been so beneficial, I had my husband sign up too (who’s also tried working with lots of people), and he’s impressed after every workout. We always leave feeling stronger, better, and pain free.

Sam is the most skillful and professional trainer that I have ever worked with. I had knee pain that required me to increase my strength training. The problem was that all training made my knee pain worse. Sam was recommended by a friend. With advanced education and experience, he is incredibly knowledgeable around proper form to avoid injury. He worked with me to fix my form and educate me about how to stay healthy and increase my strength safely. I'm getting stronger and I am entirely pain free. Sam is also a joy to work with. His energy is infectious and I always look forward to our sessions. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough.

Working with Sam has been great! He put in the effort up front to truly understand what I am trying to accomplish. Each workout is expertly tailored to help me achieve my goals while being adjusted as needed to match my current state (soreness, physical issues, fatigue, etc.) so that the workout achieves the maximum value possible. He has also been very accommodating of my challenging work and travel schedule so that we can stay on track with minimal gaps.

Sam is amazing! He is so full of knowledge and makes sure you are getting a great workout. I have done two sessions with Sam and each were 100% worth it. Working with Sam has been awesome. I've been training with him for 4 going on 5 months and have lost 40 pounds and counting. Very knowledgeable on functional training. Didn't realize how wrong I've been doing movements most of my life. Sam corrected all that and what a difference. And he doesn't just talk the talk, he puts in the work himself. Sam is hands down the best trainer I have had. His programming is goal driven and creative. He will tailor it to you, but the slant toward functional movements and sound mechanics is the key to longevity. Hitting PRs on days when I wasn’t really feeling it speaks for itself.
