A few years ago, I came across Thomas Roe’s gym. It was the first time I ever worked out in my life. My first session I almost died, but I kept coming back because of his positive energy. Over the following weeks. I did a bunch of workouts with him and it helped steer my life in the right direction. I will forever cherish what he did for me. Thomas is a very passionate guy so all you have to do is show up and follow his direction and care.

Myself and a handful of my Special Forces and Ranger pathways future soldiers have been training with Tom for the past year. The knowledge, expertise, and training that Tom provides as well as the facilities at Impact are beyond reproach. I pride myself on physical fitness and preparation, and what Tom's training provides is above and beyond. The HIIT workouts that focus on purposeful training and building lifelong habits is something that is difficult to find anywhere else. You'd be hard pressed to find another program or another trainer that can be held in such high regard. Could not recommend more.

Thomas has been offering training sessions to recruits out of the US Army Recruiting office in Boulder for the past year. As one of those recruits, I can’t say enough about how great of a trainer and person Tom is. After a year of training with Tom, I genuinely feel better prepared for basic combat training and for the physical demands of my military career. Not only is Tom a great trainer, he’s a patriot and a role model.

Wanted to share a wonderful experience i recently had working with Thomas Roe. I was experiencing horrible shoulder and arm pain. I made an appointment with Thomas who worked with me and showed me new training techniques. He showed so much genuine interest in my concerns and i learned many new things that i have since started doing. My pain went away almost instantly and within a few days i was feeling normal again. I was able to get back into my training that week. Thomas is a total professional and if you need a coach that will work with you, he is your guy. Strongly recommend!

Thomas(TRoe Fitness) has been instrumental in my recovery following a car accident that resulted in head and neck injuries. As a lifelong athlete with over 35 years of soccer experience, stepping back to recover has been challenging. However, Thomas's expertise in sports recovery has been invaluable. After just one session, my pain significantly decreased, enabling me to gradually resume activities in the gym and on the soccer field. Thomas has also provided essential support in the gym, helping to strengthen injured areas, offering strategies to prevent re-injury, and motivating me to return to full activity.

My 15-year-old daughter plays volleyball year-round but faces setbacks due to her hypermobility, resulting in recurring shoulder and knee sprains. I greatly appreciate Thomas's work with her, helping her understand exercises and stretches to reduce these injuries. She admires his extensive experience as an athlete.

If you need someone to get you locked in and focused on either a fitness routine, sports rehab or massage, Thomas, with TRoe Fitness is the real deal.

His work is a direct reflection from his own experience as a former college football player and many years as an endurance athlete… and that was really important to me.

Due to similar athletic backgrounds, I knew that Thomas had the knowledge and experience to meet my rehab/massage needs and he did not disappoint.

Just finished my first sports rehab session -with Thomas which included a number of amazing things. Wasn't sure what to expect but between the myobuddy, tens unit, Thera gun and compression boots I had a full body relaxing recovery experience. Focused on a few particular pain points but ultimately treated my entire body!!!!! Feels really amazing.
