I worked out here for a long time before Covid hit. It is not an easy workout and It is not a traditional Gym. Much more one on one personalized focus with a scientific approach that works. I loved it. I climbed 40 -14ers with two men while I worked out here only two days a week. I was strong and awesome!
Update: I moved away for two years and was disappointed that I could not find any workout like TruFIT20 in the entire state that I moved to. I have returned to Colorado and I have to say I was so happy to get to do this kind of workout again!! I love the trainers and I love the workout! Slow intense workout but fast with results in less time!. I have always been strong, but TruFIT20 makes you much stronger in less time! Their team of personalized trainers are all awesome! Definitely purchase a membership or package. They will always help you achieve your personal goals.

This unique workout place is awesome. The diverse team of personal trainers is so impressive- with their knowledge and genuine caring about their clients. I've been going there since 2011. Love the "super slow" philosophy of strength training as opposed to the typical turbo speed pumping iron.

TruFit20 provides a very intense but fast workout that fits into my schedule which is a tall order. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and will work with you on all aspects of health, nutrition, and fitness. My favorite aspect is the science behind the workout. My trainer had me run my heart rate monitor for a couple hours after I completed the 25 minute workout. I've attached an image from my fitbit app showing that my heart rate stayed above 90 for almost 2 hours after the workout was completed and saw this as almost 2 hours of fat burn. Keep in mind that I was in the car and then sitting back at my desk for most of that time. Pretty great! I'd definitely recommend TruFit20 to anyone looking for a workout that will maximize your fitness while minimizing your time!

After a few months on low carb/paleo, I found Body by Science, a variation on the SuperSlow protocol for weightlifting. Their site led me to TruFIT20. Christy and Travis (and the other trainers) do a nice job of keeping my form straight and keeping me moving slowly and steadily. It's not a muscle palace, it's a clean, up to date facility with weight machines of all kinds. For me it's a half hour, once a week. The results are many of my weights have doubled in the past nine months and I'm now pulling down more than my bodyweight. I did six pullups the other day (I'm a 64 year old guy.) It's an unusual protocol but give it a chance, it works great and I've had no injuries. By the way, my daughter AND my PARENTS also do this workout.

Best weights workout all the way around! I started this after I had surgery and needed to build my muscles back up, plus strengthen my bones. I really appreciate that it doesn't require me to spend hours at the gym every week but is amazingly effective. My husband does it too and can work it into a busy travel schedule. It's high intensity and is the best way to reach my goals especially as I age and want my body to continue to support me, so I can ski and have fun!

I was very surprised that I could get such a good workout, in only 30 minutes, in my work clothes. I now know why they give you 3 free sessions. You almost don't believe until you try it.

I would highly recommend this workout to anyone who wants to improve their overall fitness. This is the hardest 30 minutes of your week, but the results are amazing. Most people don't workout because they can't find time to go to the gym 3 x times a week for an hour. Or, they think they need to run 3 miles a day...trust me on this one...make room in your schedule for 30 minutes a week, at Trufit and you will have the body you have always wanted.

Tonight I had my first experience with TruFIT. WOW!!! What an incredible experience. First off, the location is so easy to find that it makes going to work out easy. Second, the machines that the facility has are fantastic. Best work out I have ever done!!! In just 8 minutes I have fulfilled an entire body work out and my body feels it. I am a pretty consistent cardio person but I have never felt better then after using these machines. The staff at TruFIT really puts their heart into your success. The uplifting personalities from all of the trainers make working out an enjoyable experience. I am already counting down the days until I get to go back!

I started with Trufit several years ago because I was having horrible back pain. I was taking pain pills, wearing a back brace and was miserable all the time. I stared working out with Christy and Jan and they slowly worked on making my back and the rest of me :) stronger. I no longer have any back pain never take anything for pain and got rid of the back brace! I will always be truly grateful to them for giving me my life back!

I've been working out at TruFit Health for over three years now, mostly once-per-week. The staff at TruFit are friendly, supportive, and helpful. I love the style of workouts. I can get a full workout -- enough to keep me in peak condition -- in just 20-30 minutes per week. That keeps me in fantastic shape for riding horses competitively (eventing), plus periodic bouts of hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. (No, you don't need "cardio" to be able to ski for six hours at the start of the season. You need muscle strength tho!) There's no injury risk with TruFit -- unlike CrossFit, which I did for a year before TruFit Health. I'm tired after my workouts, but I'm never terribly sore. For people who don't have lots of time to devote to keeping fit, it's a perfect workout.

To be able to workout, one-on-one, with a qualified trainer that concentrates on your success, without having tons of other people around is extremely beneficial. This is the best workout program I've ever found, and I'm proud to say it is also a workout program I have truly committed to. My trainer, Christie, is very knowledgeable in nutrition and is just a great person overall. She pushes me in just the right way and with a lot more than just pushing weight. I workout for 30 minutes, twice a week, and am seeing results like I have never seen with any other program I have tried. I won't say it's easy, that's for sure, but I will say it's truly unique and definitely worth it! To see my aging body (age 47) firm up and lean down is just really been a great experience. I brag on this workout form and on this particular gym all the time... They are awesome!
