We have spent our summer at Twist and Tumble and it has been absolutely fabulous! My toddler has a blast. It's a great activity to get us out of the house and break up our morning, as well as perfect for his development all around. He especially loves hanging on the bars and practicing handstands against the walls.
Jamie, Matt, and Mo are coaches that know and love my kiddo and make us feel welcome every time we walk through the door. It's a clean facility with up-to-date equipment and a play area for siblings! I did gymnastics my entire childhood and I am so glad I found a place my kiddo can experience it as well; I trust this place fully. Jamie (the owner) has a super solid background in gymnastics/coaching and she trains her coaches well. I highly recommend this facility.

Love this place! It’s a small family run business that really cares about the people that come here. T&T is queer owned, inclusive, and welcoming and supportive to everyone. My kids used to do a class more regularly but now come here somewhat sporadically for things like open gym, and we still feel welcome and connected and are always greeted with a smile. Please check them out!

We absolutely love Twist and Tumble!

The toddler hour is a fantastic experience every week. It's a safe and engaging environment for our little one to practice crawling and walking, with tons of sensory items that keep her entertained. The ball pit is always a hit, and we love that the setup changes each week—there’s always something new to explore. One week, there were cute dog beanie babies that sparked her imagination! It’s the perfect mix of gross motor, fine motor, sensory play, and creativity. Highly recommend for toddlers to burn energy and have fun in a safe space!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Twist and Tumble. Coach Jamie and her staff have gone above and beyond with this gym. My 6 year old has been attending for 9 months and has grown in confidence, strength (both physical and mental), and peer relationships. My two year old has a chronic medical condition and has been attending for 4 months. Not only have Coach Jamie and Coach Matt been so accommodating for him, but they also genuinely care about our family. Coach Jamie shares her passion for gymnastics with enthusiasm and spirit. She knows every single person’s name at the gym and builds her students up in the best way! Coach Matt is the absolute best with the teeny tiny kiddos. He has a true gift with them! My son talks about Coach Matt all week long. The themes they come up with every week are so creative and well done. We’ve also worked with Kathryn on the business side for and she is friendly and responsive. Their hour at gymnastics is both of my kids’ favorite hour of the week. Our family is beyond grateful for this place, these coaches, and this community!!

We love the coaches at Twist and Tumble! My daughter and I have been in the parent tot tumble class since last fall. We look forward to our class days to see Coach Matt, Coach Jamie, and Coach Mo. Coach Matt has played an important role in teaching our daughter the fundamentals of gymnastics while making the environment fun. There is a new theme keeping the classes exciting each week. So impressed with Twist and Tumble. We've been attending about three months now and I thought we'd only go for a month, but we love it so much. The class sizes are reasonable, all the coaches are invested, involved and focused and they do a great job setting up "courses" for the kids each week that are varied and different. It's so creative! Highly recommend, especially for toddlers/younger kids!

We hosted a 3rd birthday party here and Wow! What a wonderful experience. We were able to come a bit early to get the lay of the land and set up for the party. During the party, the kids had the time of their lives with Jamie and Amanda leading the fun. The birthday girl told us it was the best birthday ever. Thank you twist and tumble !

We absolutely love Twist and Tumble. I appreciate the thorough thought in the curriculum for toddlers. There is a great basic foundation each week that stays familiar, while adding in new formatting with moves & equipment. Each week is always a new engaging theme. With support of two wonderful coaches (Matt & Hannah) my Son is able to stay actively engaged in most of the class and that is extremely impressive for his age. They have realistic expectations and redirect with kindness and understanding. These coaches are caring, patient, and are encourage.

Both our kids love Twist and Tumble!
We have a 2nd grade girl and preschool boy.
They are challenged each week and we’ve seen measurable improvement in their balance and strength. The kids are always excited about the new themed decor each week.

We love this place so much we had them host our 4-yr olds birthday party. Jamie and Amanda provided an intense hour of obstacle course and games, and provided an easy set up for our decorations and food.

I find the facility to be clean and tidy on each visit. Family use bathroom. Parking is always available. Plenty of spectator space for parents.

We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a warm and laid back place for their child to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics and movement.

Twist and Tumble is a uniquely wonderful experience for kids. There are plenty of attentive coaches who are professional and kind. We love the thoughtful and creative stations that have a new theme each week. The equipment is safe and well designed. If a student needs more attention or assistance the coaches take time to make sure they do the movement correctly. There is also a comfortable waiting room for adults and siblings. Great job! We have loved our experience at Twist and Tumble! Very nice facility, clean and well organized with lots of great equipment. The coaches are the best part, they are amazing people! We have been to the Open Gym several times with toddlers to elementary age kiddos and they all enjoyed it. Our 8 year old has also enjoyed her Twisters class and is learning a lot. Bright, clean, and not chaotic like many other big gyms around. We've loved open gym (haven't tried their classes yet). There's a coach available for open gym to help kids do flips safely, otherwise they can run around to their heart's content. Our 2 almost 3 year old loves it. I don't feel drained and exhausted leaving this place like I do leaving some other loud, crazy gyms we've tried. It's a small enough place to keep your eye on your kid easily the entire time. Highly recommend.

Great, friendly coaches! Very welcoming environment. Especially as a mom of boys, we've felt a little out of place in some gymnastics classes we've tried before, but our boys felt totally at home here immediately and started talking about their next class already. Would absolutely recommend!

Oh man, I am SO excited that we found this place for the kids. I am *over* the ears-ringing, pink-eye spreading, indoor warehouse gyms. Twist and Tumble just opened, and the vibe is professional, clean, and legitimately family-friendly.

In a summer full of 90-degree days where my kids are bouncing off the walls, I'm looking forward to bringing them here to burn off energy, learn gross and fine motor skills, and support a small, locally-owned business. It's beyond comfortable and high quality. Will post more photos as the summer goes on.
