I have been working with Seth for over a year. Initially, I did in-person workouts and, due to my crazy schedule, switched to digital workouts that I could do at the gym at my work. Both experiences have been incredible! Seth strikes the perfect balance of understanding my limitations while also challenging me to become stronger. When I began, I was admittedly a little lazy when it came to my physical health and now I look forward to working out. That’s something I never thought I would say! Both Seth and Spencer are encouraging and hilarious which makes in-person workouts more like hanging out with friends. If you are considering working out with either of them, don’t hesitate!

I’ve been working with Seth for 6 weeks and I couldn’t be more thankful for what he’s taught (and continues to teach) me. Not only am I seeing results on the scale and in body measurements, but I’m also stronger, sleeping better, and have more energy since I started training with him. Seth has taught me the exercises and routines I need to reach my long-term goals, and how to do them safely- which was a huge, initial concern for me. Now, I feel confident and supported to weight train at home in between our sessions and I’m so excited about how I feel and the results I’m seeing. I also appreciate the fantastic communication throughout the week; training and coaching continues outside the gym, as well. He is thorough in his explanations, extremely knowledgeable, and provides a welcoming, comfortable space to learn and grow. I had an excellent experience working with Seth as my personal trainer. He provided constant encouragement while pushing me to reach my full potential. I have been training with Seth for almost a year now, and it’s been great. I started seeing him after an achilles surgery, and he was very attentive to my recovery needs, working closely with my physical therapist. Now that I’m on the other side of my recovery, I’ve continued to work with him to further improve my strength and overall fitness. Not only does he continue to challenge me, he’s friendly and easy to talk too, making working out fun. Highly recommend if you are looking for a personal trainer!

As a mom of 4 active boys, I’m busy with school, work, and activities. Megan has been so helpful in giving me the tools I need to help me to be healthy and intentional in my eating and exercise. It can be overwhelming to try to incorporate healthy eating habits and exercise routines when there’s already plenty to do in the week, but Megan offers help and encouragement and resources without being pushy. Her advice is practical and she is very knowledgeable about what is helpful and realistic when it comes to healthy eating and exercise for busy moms.
