Not enough superlatives to describe Jenna, both professionally and personally as well. My husband and I attend twice a week, and have experienced significant, lasting benefits that are personalized entirely to our fitness goals as well as our current (55 yr +) physical state/injury status. We marvel at the fact that we have yet to have the same workout twice (ever!). Jenna’s impressive knowledge base and superb qualifications, combined with extensive experience, render every minute in her studio not only greatly beneficial but enjoyable as well.
