This place doesn't deserve any stars but it wouldn't let me post without at least one. My experience was so bad here that I don't even want to give them the time by writing a review but I feel compelled to warn others. I had never been there before and wanted to try it out. I went to the front door and saw a small sign that said, "This is not the W Center, it's around the corner to your right." There could have been large signs clearly posted that directed you to where you needed to go. I walked in to meet a teenage girl and told her this was my first time in and I wanted to do the free week. She had me fill out a form, told me that they normally take a photo copy of your ID but that their copier wasn't working. I handed her the paper, and she said, "okay" and just looked at me. I asked where are the women's locker rooms? How do I get to the pool? Can you give me some direction? Do you have a brochure that lists the class times and information about the facility, etc? She handed me a brochure and in onw very long sentence, gave me directions to everything in the place. I found where I needed to go and had to go back up to reception twice, to ask her where do I get a towel and how do I work the lockers? I then went to the pool and there were three pre-adolescent boys in there, two of whom were clearly not 16. The water was extremely cold even for me who is always hot. I spent some time stretching and watching these boys throw body board at each other. I closed my eyes and hoped that they would just leave but when I open my eyes, there were three more! All of whom were making a ridiculous amount of noise and still throwing bodyboards at each other...all with no supervision! I noticed there were cameras in that area but obviously nobody was watching them. I did one lap and was so uncomfortable and pissed off that I left. When I got out to the reception area there was a teenage boy who apologized stating that he should have been watching the cameras better and what could he do to make me feel better? I told him I wasn't looking to get anything by complaining only that this was the worst experience I have ever had in a fitness facility. Now I am sure that the owners will probably see this review and give me the standard, Oh, we will take your comments into consideration and try to make changes where as they should say, "I apologize for your experience. Please give us a few weeks to make changes, come back in randomly and then make another review. For now, all I can say is that this was absolutely a horrible experience and do not go here. Instead, go to the community center!

This facility makes excellent use of its space. The first floor features a wide range of free weights, several benches, a squat rack, and numerous machines. Upstairs, youβll find cardio equipment, additional free weights, and more strength-training machines, along with an open area stocked with resistance bands and other functional fitness tools. The club also includes a couple of studios, two pools, and a hot tub. The lap pool reaches a depth of 8 feet at one end. The entire facility is clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly, professional team members. Overall, itβs a fantastic club to be part of.

Stopped by yesterday to workout as part of a free, 7 day trial, and have to say, I was very impressed.. Felt so relaxed, not crowded. Music selection playing was amazing! People in other comments saying its small, but I did not sense that at all. They had anything and everything that I desired and more! I have worked out or been to just about every other gym or fitness related facility in Fort Collins, Loveland, Longmont, and most of Denver, and believe me when I tell you, this place is a JEWEL. Perfect combination of everything you need, and they have a saltwater pool even!! What!!! Try finding that and see how rare it is!!!!!!

Great facility with lots of equipment. Been lifting here for over 2.5 years and havenβt had any problems. Only thing I wish they was a squat rack with adjustable safety bars but other than that equipment is great. 10/10

Great place, staff is friendly and helpful. The reason for the three stars - if you go at the wrong time it can feel more like a recreation facility or hotel vibe vs. an adult gym. The gym does have adult and family times. Just be aware that certain times have a more hangout environment that may not warrant the extra cost.

The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you out. I appreciate the size of the gym, itβs not massive and cramped, yet they have a variety of equipment. Lastly, they keep the place extremely clean.

Super convenient for everyone in Watervalley. Lots of things do break as the building is under construction with the school moving in. It is a super nice starter gym however. Recommend for anyone in watervalley!

I love the salt water pools and hot tub - and have a new obsession with the G-NAT equipment upstairs. So glad to have a gym less than 5 minutes from our house!

Nice facility, but the W Club has essentially been turned into an HOA recreation center. You have to pay a 1900 annual fee if you do not reside in the local HOA. You also have to pay a monthly fee.
If you live in the local HOA then this club is a great option. If you do not then you have basically been priced out.

Not open to non-residents of Pelican Lakes or Raindance metro districts despite there website stating "Currently, all residents have the opportunity to take advantage of the gym, as do non-residents. Please visit our membership rates for more information." I wasn't informed of this until after I took a tour. Complete disrespect of my time. I am also pretty sure I was supposed to get a discount on dues as a Raindance golf member. Hard to take advantage of a discount if I am not allowed to join.

Love this club. Really happy with the Barre class, Spin Strength & Stretch and Step & Strength. Would like to use the lap pool but at 76 degrees it's too cold for me. Would also be nice to have 6 or 7 lb weights.Great staff friendly and professional.

The facility is nice, the staff is friendly and enjoyable to visit with, the instructors are knowledgeable & welcoming. I transferred here through another gym and stayed due to the Barre class & the amazing instructor Lisa. Because of the popularity of the Barre class, it has outgrown it's room and equipment. We need a larger room with mirrors, appropriately anchored barres, and adding TRX would be a bonus!

I really like the atmosphere at the W Club. Friendly staff and instructors. My biggest complaint is about the size of the barre room. I love taking the barre class, Lisa is an amazing instructor, but the room its taught in is a makeshift room. The room is not very big, the equipment is not professional (we have to use spin bikes as bars). This is definitely the most popular class (consistently) that the gym offers, and I think if it was in a better room, equipment, etc, you could capture even more people from gyms that recently closed. Look at a pictures of a professional barre studio and compare to what is being used.

This facility is absolutely stunning. A little on the high end price wise but between the classes and amenities they offer I've found it really has been worth it. I am so glad I made the decision to switch over when my other gym merged with this one. However, although the classes they offer are wonderful the room sizes for the classes could definitely use some improvement, especially the Barre class. Lisa is an awesome instructor and seems to draw in a crowd so it gets pretty tight in there and they also need more bars. Other than that the place, workers, instructors and everything else has been A+.

Love this place! The pools, hot tub, and steam room are fantastic! The staff is very polite, helpful, and passionate about making the gym the best. The layout of the gym is intuitive for working out. Free weights and machines, spinning and assault bikes, turf area with sleds - lots to choose from. It doesn't have the big box gym feel, which for me is a plus.

This place is gorgeous (group fitness with a view of the lake - YES!!) and very clean (brand new equipment, carpet, paint, etc.) The people are great, the pools are saltwater (no stinky chlorine!) Looking forward to some Zumba/dance-type classes! (hint, hint) Yes, it's a bit expensive but there's a lot to be said for motivation/consistency when you have a beautiful space to work out in. Also, they offer a lot of discounts, including for seniors, first responders and veterans. β€οΈ

$95 membership with $30 off to those living in raindance and water valley is one of the most clearly elitist upper class things I have ever seen
