I'm having a great time in the Mat Pilates class taught by Georgia at Whole Body Studio. The studio is friendly and welcoming. The mat class is in a mirrored room with a cushioned floor. You can borrow a mat, or bring your own. There are also classes with the pilates "machine," the reformer. The 45-minute mat class is just right for me, with a reasonable pace, and a lot of focus on core and leg strength, as well as balance. The only drawback to the studio is the very limited parking, so come early to get a space in the street out front, or one of the few spaces in the back/alley.

I really enjoy Whole Body Studios and particularly love Georgia's yoga classes! The studio is clean and calm, staff are always friendly and kind at check in. I have been going to Whole Body for almost a year now and could not be more pleased! Every instructor I’ve had has been well-trained, professional, and brings their own unique style to class, making each session both engaging and challenging. The scheduling app is user-friendly and convenient, and parking has never been an issue!
I first came to this studio because the owner, Dana, teaches classes at my university, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I plan to keep coming to Whole Body for as long as I’m in Denver.
Huge thanks to Sadie, Georgia, Jen M., Jen R., Dana, Kendra, and all of the teachers for always creating such a welcoming, motivating, and supportive environment. You have all played a part in making this studio amazing!

I love this studio - it's a convenient location (surprisingly easy parking!) and the instructors and fabulous. I have been loving Whole Body Studios - specifically classes with Jen M! I have practices Pilates for many years and Jen truly an excellent teacher! Her class is hard (its an intermediate class) but it clear she has a great understanding for using the Reformer to its fullest functionality and making sure the class feels comfortable! I have been coming to this Pilates studio since COVID, and even after moving far away, I still make the trip because it’s that good. I absolutely love their reformer classes and the personalized one-on-one packages. They even have their own app, so you don’t have to struggle with Mindbody—it’s super easy to use. I’ve tried other studios closer to home, but none of them match the level of attention, facilitation, and expertise here. Treat yourself: start with their three classes for $30 intro deal and discover a whole new love for Pilates.

I really love this studio! It’s a small business and it feels good to give my money to women who are passionate about what they do. The staff is really nice and the instructors aren’t confusing or mean when you take a little bit to understand the movements. I have taken 5 classes here now and really like it. Only minus one star bc I wish it was a little cooler in there during class but it’s a really great workout and environment, I recommend!

Truly my favorite studio. Classes are smaller so the instructors are more hands on which I appreciate and it's not as overwhelming. I really like this studio. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The owner (I think she must be the owner) is always very kind, and quick to email if I need help with something. The one feedback item I have is that I don’t prefer the credit structure at workout studios. It makes it more difficult for me to figure out a monthly regularity that makes sense for me.

This is the best studio. The teachers are simply incredible. Everyone has a slightly different style and each helps you find different ways to hone in on better ways to engage or move in your body. Classes are FUN and have made me come to love movement. Most importantly, the classes and studios are comfortable and not intimidating. The classes are small, the instructors take the time to get to know you and your body. I only had experience doing mat Pilates before taking classes at Whole Body Studios. Came in excited to learn more about my body while didn’t know what to expect. The studio was very clean and welcoming. I liked the lockers in the women’s changing room. It was easy to operate and by picking a combination, I didn’t need to carry a key. Dana, our instructor, was amazing. Before the class, she wanted to learn about my physical conditions and history, and asked me to take it easy when certain sensation comes up during the work out. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. She was very attentive and worked with every students individually to help with our postures. The workout was very fun, but tough! I liked that there were all different kinds of fun way to work with equipments, and realized that I need to strengthen my left arm more and how I could engage my core and protect my spine while working out. After class, Dana asked me if I felt any sensation during the workout and we were able to put a pin on it and work more on that in the future. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, had a lot of fun, and found muscles that didn’t existed. Will go back!

We took a reformer pilates class at Whole Body Studios with Dana and we loved it! The studio is modern and clean but warm and homey. The class instruction was detailed, clear, intuitive, and easy for both beginners (myself) and more experienced people to get a ton out of. Dana checked in with everyone before class about any injuries or potential limitations, and seamlessly worked around those during class. My shoulder that often bothers me when lifting weights didn't bother me at all (felt great actually) during and after the class. I've done a handful of reformer classes at other studios and this was by far the best experience I've had. With the right instructor, the reformer naturally scales to your abilities making the class appropriately challenging without overwhelming you.
As a Chiropractor I have full confidence sending my patients in to Whole Body Studios. They take a safe, intelligent, and holistic approach to the body and that yields great outcomes in improved performance and function. We're excited to attend classes more regularly and I'm very satisfied with the good care they've taken of my patients.

I've been regularly attending barre classes here for a few years. I love that they have a 4x/month membership option, at a very competitive price. The classes are tough and truly a whole body workout. I like that they offer up-level options if you are more/less in shape. I also like that classes are rarely the same, so it doesn't get boring. I attended classes through my whole pregnancy and appreciated modifications. Attending just 1x/week has been enough to keep my body toned and fit for my wedding, childbirth, and getting back in shape after childbirth!

Great studio close to Cheesman Park (but they just opened their second location in Bonnie Brae). I have taken Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes there and I have never felt disappointed. They try to keep classes small (under ten people) so you feel like the teacher really has the chance to focus on you and correct your movements. The environment is super nice and friendly. It’s my favorite studio in Denver so far.

Marie is the best yoga and pilates teacher I have had. (and I have had many). Her classes are always welcoming, fun and challenging while she customizes everything to your own body and needs. Whether you are a novice or expert, Marie can provide you with a fantastic workout in both practices.
