Windsor Yoga offers quality classes with quality instructors. Always consistent. Great studio in downtown Windsor. I feel welcomed, well guided, and grateful for my practice every time I go. I especially like that I can adapt the class to my ability and level with an arthritic knee.

I am a true beginner and everyone was so welcoming and kind. I got through the class just fine (a little wobbly) but the instructor was so helpful. I haven’t been to their new location, but I’m stoked to try it out!

I love Windsor Yoga Family. I previously had done hot-yoga regularly, but had not found a place since moving to Colorado - and have been out of practice for 4 years. I forgot how much I enjoyed it, how good it was for my mind and body. I know Kati from other contexts, and may be biased, but she was so much fun to work with as owner and instructor. Thank you.

I was in town visiting some wonderful people and had the opportunity to take Fusion Flow (Hot in-studio). I loved the class! The infrared heating was different from other hot yoga classes I have taken that used regular heat and humidifiers. I like the infrared much better - my muscles were warm so I could get deeper into postures, but I did not feel dehydrated from a crazy amount of sweat. The fusion was a great blend of moving through postures with various options provided and restorative resting. The cool towel at the end was sublime!

Went to my first hot yoga class since moving to Colorado Emrie was awsome. I was very our of practice and she made me feel comfortable and welcome and took her time with the poses so I could follow. I highly recommend this studio.

I ended up being the only one in class tonight, so I was fortunate enough to have a one on one yoga session with Daisy! She is absolutely amazing, I would recommend her Hot Restorative Yoga Class to anyone! I will most definitely be back!

As for your response thats a lie and you and your instructor know it!!! I specifically asked about the first class free! She insisted that was not the case. Your instructor and I had a lengthy conversation about it, and said there was no first class free and i would have to pay for a drop in fee. So there was no misunderstanding on my part at all!!! The miss communication was between you and your employee...So not only do you have shady business practices you are lying!!! And as for your policy, i would understand if I purchased a package and wanted my money back!!! But that was never the case here.
. I would give less than one star if I could. The employees don't know the specials the owners are running . I went to try out my first class free which was posted on their website. The employee didn’t know anything about it so charged me. When I tried to get my money back they just gave me a credit. How was this my fault that the owner didn’t communicate to their employees? Now I’m out 20.00 and a credit at a business that has such poor customer service.

Love this studio, very convenient for me as I live and work in Windsor. Fantastic variety of classes available at all times of day so I've been able to fit it in my busy schedule. I love their app, I can look at the schedule and book classes in advance. So excited to have a place like this in Windsor!

Love this new studio in town! The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable , the studio is clean, and there are many thoughtful touches incorporated in to each class making for a unique + caring experience. It’s location is ideal being that it is right next to the King Soopers, with plenty of parking. They offer classes for all different needs, ages, and levels of experience so there is something for everyone - every day. Keep up the awesome work!
