Rob Is the best trainer I ever had. He is caring and really knowledgeable about his understanding of bodybuilding. Just ask him a question and he knows exactly how to help you. He has a great deal of experience and knowledge on how to really improve your body not just for bigger muscles but also a healthier living standard.

Rob is an incredibly caring and knowledgeable trainer. As someone who has an on-again/off-again relationship with weights and gym fitness, Rob creates workouts that are challenging without being intimidating. He pushes me while also demonstrating extreme knowledge and care for my health and safety and the type of workout I can do on a given day. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are at his healthiest- be that through lifting, nutrition, or recovery.

These guys are amazing it's a fun, friendly and helpful environment to workout in not to mention their knowledge bases that they have is huge. I have worked with Rob a few times and he always has the best suggestions for me so that I can improve and maximise my workouts. He is also a wizard when it comes to stretching and foam rolling I have a bad knee and back, he has help me get back to 100% after a few sessions. I wish I would have found him years ago instead of just dealing with my pain and discomfort.

I told Rob I wanted to reach my goal to prep and place in the Figure Division. This was not an easy task with a partial right ACL tear and moving up from the Bikini Division. We worked together and he worked around my injury to push me in a healthy way during prep so I could reach the stage with an additional 10# of muscle on me. He was an amazing contest prep coach back stage and in the gym! I placed 3rd in Novice and 4th in Open. I cannot wait to do another show with him!
I've seen first hand how he treats his other clients and he puts his own personal touch on each session to meet our individual goals. He is a thorough professional trainer who genuinely cares for each client and I highly recommend him!
