I love this studio! It’s right in front of my building, so it’s super convenient, and everyone here is really friendly. All the classes are hot yoga, which I love, and they offer different types so there’s always something new to try. Lyndsay J. always has been so patient with my first classes lol first time doing yoga and everyone has been very helpful and supportive!! Thank you !!! Best teachers ever !

I stopped by Yoga Box in Downtown Denver for a heated Sculpt class with Lindsey, who is also the manager. This first class was part of a three-pack of free classes, super unique to Yoga Box, and a great starter kit! The entrance is right off the street next to the Coloradan entrance. The studio has lockers, changing rooms, and a bathroom in the further back shared with the building. My class was small and intimate, and I appreciated Lindsey’s cueing, sequencing, and breath reminders. The class was challenging, but not so much that I couldn’t push myself to get there. I felt welcomed and supported during my entire experience at Yoga Box and am excited to check out the location in Brooklyn!

Great studio!
I see it doesn’t have enough reviews so decided to share that it’s absolutely beautiful location, very experienced teacher and how can it get any better- first 3 classes are free and I even got a free mat!
Loved the hot yoga class early in the morning, definitely helped with my jet lag! Haha
