For 22 years our unique and funky barn has been a Yoga studio presence near the foothills of Boulder, Colorado. In March 2020 life and times dictated change. We now offer our Yoga online AND in limited numbers, in the studio. So, no matter where you are you have quality yoga classes near you. And honestly – I’m as amazed as anyone as to how well we all have adapted, supported and learned. And now we are thriving! “I was so resistant to the online classes, I didn’t think it would be this easy to see, hear and connect. I’m loving it!” – E. D. We specialize in yoga for the seasoned traveler of life and those who choose to thrive at any age. In these uncertain times, chaos, anxiety and overwhelm are very much in play and its often exhausting...

I adore Kerry and the yoga at her studio. Her Saturday morning classes are always the best start of my weekend. It's a relatively small class- between 8-10 people, a wonderful vibe, tons of stretching, and opening of hips. Excellent for mobility and alignment of breathe work and movement.

In all of my adventurous life, I had not taken a yoga class until Kerry encouraged me to attend her women's temple class. This setting was the perfect introduction to group yoga and has provided a foundation for me to grow in my practice. Kerry's gentle, welcoming spirit encourages us to step into this experience that can be life-changing on a daily basis. Her guidance is humble, patient, and nurturing. Thank you for creating a space where together we nurture ourselves and, in turn, our community. I highly recommend Yoga with Kerry Temple-Wood.

Finding Kerry's lovely yoga barn was a gift. I had grown tired of attending yoga in gym-like settings that felt either too rushed, too much of a scene, or just not about what I consider yoga to be. Hers is a place to center, and to embrace calm and turn off the world. I usually attend Yin on Weds or Sun eve and it's a very gentle, meditative experience. Her love and deep commitment to her practice always shine through.

Kerry is an inspiration to me, as a woman over 50 eager to do yoga that enhances my life and spirit, as well as my body! I love her classes and, while I've been doing yoga for years, I've never had a better instructor - and I do classes online! I recommend this for anyone interested in a true "yoga for life" approach.

I am very particular about my yoga and I was so happy to be referred to Kerry quite a few years ago. I have floated around between wishing more challenge and needing a restorative focus - and it is all OK with Kerry. Her strong focus is on the value of our breath for growth and healing. She has clarity in her teaching and compassion for each individual, allowing us to stay in our bodies and out of our minds. Plus, where do you get to do yoga with a view across a lovely grassy field to the foothills and mountains? The atmosphere of Kerry's studio is inspiring and healing in so many ways!

Everything the reviews say is true. Kerry has several offerings of yoga practices, but the one I've landed on is the Friday class. It's a class for women who mostly are over 50. It's a blessing to "check in" and give your self a moment to express and be seen by the others. Kerry spontaneously adjust the practice to go with how the group is feeling. I never feel pressured to perform, so the practice becomes exactly what I want for myself. The class is grounding and restorative. You are also gifted by the studio's big glass doors which look out to the foothills. Seeing nature (spring, summer ,fall and winter) while doing yoga is a special treat.

I love working with Kerry. She is a true yogini sage. Yoga with her is not "exercise" like most yoga around town. She conducts yoga as it was intended from the ancient wisdom through the mind, body, spirit connection. It is a mindful practice using the breath. The secondary physical benefits of opening the joints, stretching the muscles and strengthening is the result you have with proper yoga like this. The primary intention of calming the mind and abiding in the spirit is achieved through this practice as the yogi's/yoginis intended which brings one's own wisdom and purpose forth. I highly recommend 63rd street Yoga.

I have been practicing yoga with Kerry for two years. Her slower, mindful approach has helped me to not only gain flexibility and strength in a healthy way, but to also become more focused on self care and peace of mind. The gorgeous location paired with the smaller class sizes makes you feel like you are at a spa vs. a yoga studio. It's truly a magical experience.

Kerry's classes are soothing, gentle, and restorative for the body and the mind! I appreciate the mountain views, quiet time to unwind, and sense of community she cultivates. Her expertise combined with her passion for sharing the practice of yoga make this an amazing place to ground and re-connect!
