This place is the bomb. It's peaceful and welcoming, and has a wonderful variety of classes. They use the expression "yoga for every body" and it's totally true. From a first timer to a zen master/acrobatics expert - they have options for wherever you are in your practice. Love the space, love the community, love YOB!

While only going to a few classes, they all have made a substantial difference in how I see yoga in my future. I feel more open to learning, understanding and even teaching its importance in a persons mental and physical health. Ode to Yoga off Broadway, my love for yoga has never been so strong!

Yoga Off Broadway has been my “sanctuary “ for the past 12 years. It’s where I go when I need time for myself. Yvonne, the owner, is also an excellent teacher. And she makes sure that every instructor she hires is a certified yoga instructor. Classes are well paced, there are always suggestions for modifications (more intensity, less intensity), and transitions between asana (poses) are smooth. Most important, this is a place for all types of bodies, all levels of fitness, all ages and identities. Instructors are warm, welcoming, well trained, and worthy of our trust.

I've been attending classes at Yoga Off Broadway for several years, and I can't recommend it enough! The studio is incredibly welcoming to all, no matter your experience level. It offers a fantastic mix of classes, from peaceful restorative yoga to invigorating strength-focused sessions, ensuring there's something for everyone. What I love most is how the instructors emphasize the importance of breath and mindfulness during movement. It's not just about the poses; it's about connecting with your body and mind in a deeper way. This studio has truly enhanced my practice, and I leave every class feeling grounded and energized. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the distinct pleasure of knowing Yvonne as a friend and my teacher for many, many years. Yvonne’s classes combine mindful, purposeful sequencing with the ability to “read the room“ and adapt to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of her students. As a post-doctoral trained physical therapist, I have referred countless clients to Yvonne, secure in the knowledge that they will be in capable hands. Her fellow instructors consistently reflect the high standards that Yvonne sets for herself and Yoga Off Broadway. The palpable sense of community and welcoming smiles of her instructors and students truly make this studio unique. Whether you are a long time resident or visitor to Eagle County, I urge you to give Yoga Off Broadway a try!

Do NOT go here. The owner is manipulative and promotes false advertising. I signed up for a free class here 2 weeks ago and less than 24 hours before the class she emailed me saying I have to pay. Furthermore, rather than apologizing for her mistake, she tried to blame the it on me. The class was listed free on Mind Body; how is that my misunderstanding?

I've recently taken classes with Rachel and Emily, they did not disappoint. Both instructors were inviting, friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. By the end of class, I was relaxed and my body knew it was getting stronger. I'm glad my friend "forced" me to attend.

Love the Yoga Off Broadway studio in Eagle, CO. It is a well-established studio that has been around for many years with countless loyal charter members. The studio has a grounded reputation within the Eagle community and gets involved and supports an array of local events and nonprofits. It’s a blessing that this small town has such a professional studio available with a variety of classes to choose from throughout the day. All classes and teachers are super approachable - you will be embraced if you have an established practice. Also, this is your studio if you are anxious about being a beginner! The studio office staff and karma crew keeps everything clean and communicates thoroughly in person, newsletters, and social media, and the MindBody app is always accurate. The personality of the culture amongst all students is welcoming, friendly, respectful, and accepting of all.
Amenities: This a bring your own mat studio and the studio has no mirrors and no yoga strap wall. In addition to the traditional offerings: ample street parking, coat & shoe room, well-stocked restrooms, studio temperature control, good sound system, blankets, bolsters, straps, retail - including logo ware, red light therapy, essential oils, and barre wall mounts✨

I love Yoga Off Broadway! Yvonne, the owner, is one of my all-time favorite instructors. But all of the instructors as just wonderful! The classes are inclusive and accessible and YOB does an amazing job of being plugged into the community and giving back to it, as well. Lots of different class types from faster-paced vinyasa classes to slower restorative ones and everything in between. Great variety and so much knowledge between all the YOB teachers. You’ll love practicing at YOB!

Soon after I moved to Eagle, CO about 7+ years ago I faced a difficult time in my life and I knew I needed to get plugged into a yoga studio. Yoga Off Broadway was the first place I found and I’m SO grateful I did! There is something special about practicing yoga in community at a studio. Yoga Off Broadway is like the “Cheers” of yoga studios; it's a home-base, where everyone knows your name, you always feel glad you came, the teachers and students are warm and friendly. Yoga is a practice that has gotten me through some rough times in my life and Yoga Off Broadway (YOB) continues to be that consistent and safe place where I can lay my mat down and come back to my center and feel renewed. The studio has been instrumental to my healing journey. The culture of YOB is that you meet yourself where you are at with your practice and there's no judgement. All the teachers are well rounded and they know their stuff. I highly recommend this studio for folks new to the area, new to yoga, visitors, and locals.

I love the community of people at YOB. There is so much diversity. They truly offer yoga for everybody. I love going to classes and seeing teens, young adults, adults, and seniors all in one room. It truly makes me feel that yoga is for everyone! It is such a non-competitive and non-intimidating environment. I go to classes to get an hour of me-time and always leave feeling great inside and out! They offer a wide variety of classes for beginners, experts, and anything in between. The new adaptive yoga program on Thursdays at 10 is amazing for those who say they “can’t do yoga”. Yoga Off Broadway really does offer yoga for everybody!
