I am so glad I had the opportunity to drop in for a class at this studio! Grounding practice, great heat and humidity, clean facility, convenient mat/towel rentals and props, and incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been going to yoga V for over a year and love their classes. Barbie’s Saturday/Sunday morning classes are great, definitely recommend. Anita is awesome and accommodating.

I’m new to town and was excited to find a new yoga spot. When I went to sign up for my first class, I realized the intro offer would give me more opportunity to try out new classes and get to know the community. Unfortunately, after trying the first class, I decided to never return. I’ve never stepped into such an unwelcoming environment for yoga, but surely never hope to again. I thought maybe this was a singular experience, but my coworker shared that she’d experienced the same each trip she’d attempted at Yoga V and also decided to never return. I think this would be a lovely studio to join with a friend, but certainly wasn’t as a lone entry.
Edit because the owner doesn’t understand:
New to town, live here now, work here now- my coworker has lived here for two years now.
The yoga appointment was not booked under this name but was very much booked. The owner’s response speaks volumes to the atmosphere she has created.

Let me begin by saying that I have never, ever written a negative review before especially regarding a small, local business, but as other reviews have stated, the owner of this studio is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unkind, and her behavior made me feel unwelcome to attend classes after the below interaction, and in the end, I lost money. I will say the studio itself is beautiful and clean, and the individual instructors are lovely.
I bought a class multi-pack in the spring of 2024, but I began noticing the classes that worked with my schedule disappearing from the offerings. I reached out to the business about this and was told that the different instructors' vacations were too difficult to manage (even though the owner is certified herself and could, theoretically, substitute the classes?), so the classes I wanted would return in the fall. The owner did extend the expiration date on my pass, which I appreciated, but I responded that I would like my class pass refunded because I was moving out of the area prior to the class pass expiration and the lack of classes that worked for my schedule plus my moving date would not make the 2 week or so extension of the pass worthwhile. I was very rudely told, "I'm so sorry you are not finding the time to attend the classes we offer at the studio. This is an instructor led studio; therefore, the studio accommodates each instructor's busy schedules. It is our policy that no refunds are available. Enjoy this lovely weekend."
THIS POLICY WAS NOT STATED ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE when researching class passes to buy. Additionally, I would not have bought this pass if there weren't classes offered that worked for my schedule at the time of purchase. She is the one who canceled them. I searched the website for a return policy again because, as someone who has worked retail and worked for small businesses, I wanted to give this studio the benefit of the doubt and make sure I hadn't misread something, but again, there is no refund policy on their website. So, unfortunately, in a tight economy, buyer beware with this business. I also concur with other reviews that their late arrival policy is very ridiculous at this studio.

Words cannot begin to describe this wonderful hidden gem of a studio! I was on assignment at the local hospital and decided to take a couple of classes with the colder weather change. From the first interaction with the owner on the phone to every instructor I encountered felt authentic and genuine. They remember you and your name and you instantly feel like a community member! The class rooms accommodate the class size and I personally prefer heated sessions which they end with a chilled essential oil towel (if you desire). I took a few of the non heated, stretch, and meditative classes as well and they did not disappoint. I’ve been to many studios across the country and the talent that teaches here is phenomenal! I also enjoy that the website provides a brief bio on the instructors to get a feel if their class will be a good fit for your style. My personal favorites were Matt and Monica to guide my practice. If you’re like me who travels and has taken many classes at several studios or a newbie don’t hesitate and book this studio! They will welcome you and honor the space. They are also accommodating to being on call (I simply put my pager/phone on vibrate and personal choice to stay by the door should I have to step out early).
Thank you Yoga V!

Easily one of my favorite studios in the country. I love that the studio rooms are mirrorless, the music is incredible, and the infrared heat FEELS AMAZING. The instructors are fantastic, you can bet you’ll experience a great flow with mindfulness integration.

I have been a long time yoga practitioner and have practiced off and on at yoga V since 2010. After a brief hiatus from the studio, I have retuned exclusively to this hot yoga studio. It’s nice to be back, all of the teachers are mindful of the students personal and physical needs on their mat, allowing the students to navigate their own practice! It feels good
To be “home”. By far the best hot yoga studio in town!

Similar to other reviews, I had a pretty bad experience with the owner of this studio. I've been attending classes here for many years and was going to renew my monthly membership after taking a postpartum break. Rather than welcoming a long-time customer back with open arms, the owner of the studio was cold and terse, only focusing on a miscommunication about a cancellation over half a year ago. Unfortunate that the leadership of a yoga studio would leave a student with such a sour taste. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

yoga V is such a welcoming studio. The owner, Anita, is present and engaged, with her instructors and the students, she makes an effort to learn your name and always says hello.
The studio has two separate rooms, one with infrared heating and a non-heated room. There are bathrooms, changing rooms and cubbies to use, blocks, mats and mat towels are also available. The studio is clean and cozy. The website scheduling is always current and easy to use, the class schedule is such that anyone could curate a schedule that works for them, if that's one or even multiple classes a week. There are also multiple membership options to fit your finances and needs.
Rose and Melissa teach my go-to classes, they both very supportive to all students, encourage all participants to modify to their needs and listen to our bodies and our breath. They keep the flow progression fresh and always have a great playlist to sync to. They encourage growth and play in your practice. Rose always brings a touch of humor and Melissa is well versed in different mudras to enhance the experience.
I love dropping into other classes as well with Julie, Rhia, Sparky, Susie and Christine, the different instructors offer unique experiences and different challenges, whether that's the speed of a flow, staying in challenging poses, surrendering to a deep stretch or targeting certain muscle groups for a class.

Being new to yoga, I signed up for the intro offer for 30 days and found it to be such a wonderful experience. The yogis are so friendly and knowledgeable …they guide you in a way that personalizes your journey for each class. I am always greeted by a friendly face and have experienced a great client experience -thank you Yoga V staff! If you are new to yoga, I would recommend taking advantage of the intro offer; take various classes by different instructors at different times in order to see what the Yoga V experience offers; you won’t be disappointed.

Two things to share about this A+ studio. One: I bought a 10 class/month membership 3 months ago. I thought I would figure out which instructors and which classes were my favorite and go to those. But ALL of the instructors are my favorite and EVERY class is fantastic!! Two: A few years ago I tried this studio and didn't think there were enough intermediate level classes, but actually the instructors and students alike are very WELCOMING, inclusive, and non-competitive.

I've been a member at Yoga V for going on 4 years now. After reading reviews like the one I'm writing right now, I made the decision to join this studio over any of the others in town. I absolutely fell in love with the way that yoga made me feel, especially when taught by such knowledgeable instructors. Since joining at Yoga V I've attended class at other studios whenever I'm out of town. None of them have the level of instructors, atmosphere of owners that Yoga V has. If you ever have a question or concern, you can email Anita and she always responds immediately. In fact, this studio is so welcoming that it feels like a second home to me. Hell, I even met my wife at Yoga V! I will be a lifelong member of Yoga V, and always appreciative for the friends (and wife) that I have gained at such a wonderful studio. Thank you to everyone at Yoga V for making my life that much better, physically and emotionally. I love this place.

Participated in a drop in class and it was a great experience all around! There were quite a few class options to choose from and it seemed like there were a few classes each day of the week. I lucked out and got in a $5 community class! It was really easy to register for a spot on a mobile device and check-in was seamless when I got there. Facility was clean and the tapas room offered a great heated session! They had props and mats available to borrow. Instructor Susie was great and led a fantastic flow set! I'm looking forward to practicing here again!

I had the privilege of practicing at this wonderful studio for 2 months. It is now my standard bearer for all yoga studios. Each instructor was knowledgeable, inspiring, and fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming and the owners could not have been kinder. Do something kind for yourself and make Yoga V your new yoga home.

Yoga V is a great place to practice yoga. I practice on both the heated and non-heated side and I find the instructors to be very knowledgeable in what they teach. I am a regular in Kacey’s and Patrick’s classes and I honestly look forward to Monday mornings and Friday evenings because I know I will be at yoga.

Yoga V is top notch. The owners are delightful and kind people. The community is warm/welcoming, the teachers are experts, and the Vinyasa flow is HOT!
Outstanding place to breathe in community, it was my favorite part of several weeks in GJ last year.
Bummed we couldn't be back there this winter but will return when the moon and the sun align us and Yoga V again.
Definitely recommend checking out and being a member.

Thank you Kasey (Yoga V instructor & CBB employee) for encouraging me to join. Yoga V rooms & ventilation are great and their scheduling website is so easy to use. The instructors are professional and inspirational while the other attendees are friendly & respectful. I first did the 30 day introductory offer (what a deal!) and just signed up for the Bhakti plan to continue my “practice”

I found this studio when I moved from the front range and couldn’t be more at hOMe. All of the instructors are fantastic, the studio is clean and organized, the owners are helpful and readily available and I love the fellow yogis and community. If you’re looking for a drop in class or to make this your home base this is the place!

Unbelievably egregious treatment of customers and lack of professionalism. A friend called the instructor to explain that she would be 3 minutes late because she got pulled over, and asked if she should still come to class or if the doors would be locked. After being told yes, she should still come and it would be fine, my friend received extremely aggressive emails from the owner saying that her behavior was very rude and she was stealing people's time (by being 3 minutes late, just one time). The emails from the owner have continued from a personal email account, likely because the owner does not want the inappropriate behavior on record. I will not be giving this place my business.

This is a great studio. I recently moved from out of town and was looking for a new place to practice. I appreciate that the Yoga V studios are not mirrored and are heated. The music is always great and teachers are wonderful!
My only complaint is that in the classes I've attended there has been at least one person who was wearing a mask around their chin and mouth, but not covering their nose. This has made the in person experience feel less safe than it should.

yoga:V was my first real experience with yoga on a regular basis. I wasn't sure what I'd think of hot yoga, but in a short while (with the first week free!), I learned to truly enjoy it and feel benefits from it in multiple ways. I love yoga:V!

**Written in 2013 and posted to Yelp! - just found out they can really filter/remove your reviews on Yelp, so I'm posting all of my reviews (past/future) both on Yelp and Google!
I've been a member of Yoga Vinyassa for about 2 months now, and I think it's a great place to do hot yoga. All of the instructors are great, and they all have their own different style and flavor. In my opinion it's almost impossible to "get bored" (like I have with other class activities) because every class is different. I had never done hot yoga before, and this was a great place to start. I wouldn't say it's "super beginner friendly" but you can always change up your poses and do whatever you can tolerate. If you're in moderate shape, you should be just fine. Now after doing it for a little bit, I'm getting more flexible and stronger, and I'm able to be more and more present in each class (this takes a little while to achieve in my opinion).
I can't imagine how they could make this studio any better, with the exception of maybe expanding one day to 2 rooms (right now there is just 1 big one). **Fair warning, it's called HOT yoga for a reason! It gets VERY hot in there, but believe me, you'll love it. You also might get a little dizzy your first class or two, but this only happened to me a handful of times - hydrate well the day before and of, and you'll be fine. You can always child's pose...or simply lay down...as a rescue :)
They also have mats to rent in case you need one ($1 rental). Also, everyone is extremely friendly there, there's not elitist attitude, none of the "Oh I do yoga and I'm sooooo much better than you" that I've gotten at other (non-hot) yoga studios. Also just a word of caution it gets pretty crowded in there on the weekend. If you're going for your first class, I would suggest going some time during the week. Some of the random, unexpected benefits of doing hot yoga I've experienced so far also include decreased anxiety, better sleeping, and more....regularity. These have all been welcome surprises. :)
