Had a birthday party here today for our daughter. Building was bright and clean. Staff members were very helpful, polite and attentive to the kids. I noticed after our party staff was sanitizing everything. This was very nice to see. Will definitely recommend to others for birthdays.

My daughter has been going to abc gymnastics for about 1 1/2 year . The price was $ 87 and change for one hour class per week … The class went from 60 min to 45 min and the price went from $87 to $100 …. Two of my cousins and a couple of my friends drop their kids do to this but because my daughter loves gymnastics I decided to stay …. From September on my card was charged different amount every month and I could understand why so I decided to talk to the owner , after talking to him he said to me their is also a 3% service charge on top of the $190 I was paying for the two classes my daughter was taking but if I was to give them my checking account their wouldn’t be 3% charge any more . Looking at my account was overcharged again … three different transactions $92.70 $5.00 $ $103.00 so I decided to go talked to him again. When I went to talk he was not there … I asked one of the coaches I need to talk to the owner because my account was over charged . A young girl came and I explained the situations to her . She got so mad and told me she told me there is no way ti avoid the 3% service charge and that her dad doesn’t know … she is the one who deals with this … with an attitude she is telling me I am making a big deal for $6.00 or so and for the class my daughter takes there is a waiting list so she can just drop my daughter out of class… I told her to come down and that I will talk with her dad to figure things out …. We did agree that I would pay cash before the 1st of the month to avoid the 3% charge …SO There was a way to avoid the 3%. Leaving the place I was upset for the way I was treated and put down …. But though to my self she is young and inexperienced, give them another chance…Next class taking my daughter in thinking the owner will come and apologize to me but no …. When class ended and I went in to pick my daughter up I decided to talk to the owner to clear things up . He said to me he heard that some one came and made a big deal about $6.00 and two of the coaches had to deal with me …still no apologie ……. Still no apology…. I wasn’t disrespectful or offended any one I went to ask why my account was over charged and that’s how I was treated and I have every right too even if it is $6.00

Disappointed in business practices!

Reserved a time slot by phone after doing the research on the company’s website. While speaking by phone I asked about the conditions in the building during the heat. I was told there is an AC. When I came in to sign contract the building was hot! And summer gym smell horrible! We attended party in cold season and kids were burning up at the end of all the running - in summer heat it would be unbearable.

Also the price that was advertised was now $75 more. I was asked to show where did I find the price. I did show them their own website! I completely get the pricing increase due to COVID, and in general prices going up. However, you changing price on website while I am there and saying we still charge you the new price is not acceptable! It has been 7 months into new year and if you have not updated prices for the current year…
I will take my business elsewhere!

I drive from Boston to take my toddler Grandchildren ( who live nearby) to ABC. Whether it is a structured class or time playing in the jungle gym we continue to go during my once a week visit. Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff . Always clean and very spacious :)

We booked a party here and due to Covid had to cancel. We called countless times to get our refund and even spoke with the manager who told us she would call us back the next day, she never did. Left many messages on the voicemail and with staff members. We contacted them on their social media and they said to email which we did, and still no response! We have been trying to get refunded for 4 months now. DO NOT book a party here! They do not know how to run a professional business.

My children have gone here for many things. We have been here for birthday parties and it is always a good time. The smiles are priceless. We have taken gymnastics but it just came to pricey for me. Happens when you have three kids. Can't afford everything. We have bought gymnastics clothes here and the prices are comparable somewhat. The staff have always been pleasant. Maybe not everything is always stocked up but they try their best.

Class sizes are way too large, kids standing around bored, waiting for their turn and inconsistent training...these kids won't get very far from being trained at this gym. Very dissatisfied. All that and it is super expensive. You're better off doing the Parks and Rec classes.

This is a fun place for kids to play and do some gymnastics however I expected quality service for the price I paid. While the staff is great with the kids they seem to be a bunch of high school/college kids who aren't certified or really exsperienced. Great for birthday parties.

For the price, training is not worth it! Had two children signed up. one class after the other, prepaid for the play area so the one waiting wouldn't be bored. Kids were constantly harassed while playing. Had to keep reminding them I PAID FOR THAT SERVICE! asked to be contacted for private multiple times. no one ever got back to me. ALSO prepaid for class, one day a week for both kids. Inconsistent training, class size too large for the number of instructors, and had teenagers as instructors! What! paid a little over $600, for a teenager to teach! Very unsatisfied! Staff very dismissive of concerns! Will not be back!
