24 hour access is a blessing for people with different schedules. The gym was well maintained and a lot of up to date equipment. Lack of showers isn't a deal breaker , but would be nice. Definitely joining as I am in the process of relocating to Connecticut.

This place has just about every machine you can think of, free weights, dumbbells go up to 150lb... the best place to go if you're tired of those commercial type gyms and you're serious about making gains.

Saying you’re gonna charge people 20 dollars for not re racking your weights when you can’t even put a filter in a water fountain is crazy work. It’s been broken for like 2 weeks now, seriously

This place is awesome! I’m in town from CA for Christmas and was looking for a place to work out on Christmas Day. I booked a day pass and honestly was a bit skeptical. I was very pleasantly surprised. The place was immaculate and the equipment was perfect! Definitely coming back!!
