I started going to AT Sangha in Milford two weeks ago. I purchased the "New Student" pass so I could try out the different teachers and different teachers. I have been taking Yoga for many years now and I absolutely loved all the classes I took. I particular enjoyed the hot stone at the end of class on Monday, the gentle instructions of the two Sunday teachers--loved the lavender oil to smell at the end of Kelly's today. I found all the teachers to be excellent. I just signed up for a 10 class pass! They also offer a senior discount if you purchase a 3 month renewal. I don't think this applies if you purchase the five or ten class pass. I look forward to continuing my practice at this studio. Thank you to all the teachers at Sangha who put some much care and effort into every class. I am a teacher myself and teaching is truly an art form onto itself. The yoga teachers at Sangha are wonderful!

this was a first time practice for me at the 88 High Street studio. The space was inviting, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Nanci, the instructor has a peaceful, kind approach using helpful cues. the hour went by quickly. I will practice there again.

The best yoga studio in the area! I’ve been coming here for a year and a half and love it. There is such a great variety of classes here for anyone at any skill level. I came here because of all the glowing reviews - it is inclusive, fun, and a great environment. My favorite class is Core and More with Amy! I love it here!

Dropped in last night. Class was decent considering it was a new teacher (which is totally fine, they need experience) but that's the only traditional evening vinyasa class currently on the schedule. Just not for me as the current schedule stands, I was hoping to try Anastasia but there's no evening flow. I'll check back in the summer.
I also want to note that it was so dry in there my nose was irritated the whole time, you may want to bring in a humidifier. And just a general comment on all studios--classes should really be 75 min. Lockdown is over, not sure why studios haven't switched back
Thanks ;)

I was initially a reluctant yogi, however the classes I've taken with Traci and Anastasia at AT Sangha Yoga have been wonderful. I thought I would be terrible at yoga but the instructors put me completely at ease and are letting me develop movements at my own speed and ability. The class members were all so welcoming and lovely. I highly recommend AT Sangha Yoga. :)

I’ve had 5 orthopaedic surgeries including surgery on both shoulders and a hip replacement. I do resistance training at a gym 4 days a week and I’m very active at 63 years of age. I always experienced pain and soreness from working out. Since I’ve been practicing yoga at At Sangha for the last 3 months the chronic pain is gone. The usual normal soreness from a good workout always subsides. I can honestly say I can push myself harder physically with more confidence now than I did before taking classes at At Sangha. On a stressful day I can leave class refreshed and at ease. So my suggestion, practice yoga at At Sangha Yoga. They offer a wide variety of classes no matter your experience or level. Meditation and retreats.Gotta check it out. Your body, mind and soul will reward you for it. Guaranteed!

I love AT Sangha yoga, the owners, Amy and Traci and their staff are awesome. I haven't been to Betheny yet, but Anastasia and Sue in Milford are great. ). In 2018, I started with Traci before the Milford studio existed. She was facilitating beach yoga at Silversands through walkaboutyoga. Years later, I had the pleasure of meeting Amy on an Iceland retreat. Always positive ,warm, and welcoming no matter the venue. They offer a variety of classes indoor and outdoor, including hot stone , essential oil yoga, beach yoga , hikes, full moon gatherings, and sister circles . Yoga meets you where you are . For me , it has been vital in keeping me healthy in mind, body, and spirit. All are supportive and kind. Exactly what the world needs now. Give it a try. There are drop-in rates, but a monthly pass is best.

I took a low back and hip workshop for the second time. I always feel so much better after this class and learn some techniques to help with my lower back and hip pain. This seems to help me more than my PT.

So happy I found this studio! I love all 3 teachers and it's the perfect blend of class styles. It's been really helpful for my mental and physical health coming back to movement after having a baby. The yin and slower flow have been helpful to relax, the essential oils vinyasa is amazing, and I love the higher intensity weekend classes to get energized and build back some strength.

AT Sangha Yoga offers something for everyone! You can choose from a variety of classes which are held in their new studio. Night classes are especially relaxing with the glow of soft candles. The instructors are all wonderful and I feel like I learn or experience something new each time I attend a class. Highly recommended!!
I recently took part in a retreat sponsored by the studio. This was a wonderful trip to Italy which included hiking in the Cinque Terre as well as sightseeing in Pisa and Florence and a wine tasting in the Tuscany Region. A wonderful experience that I feel fortunate to have shared with a great group of women and the studio owners Amy and Traci!

I recently took the Heated To The Core yoga class with Becca on Saturday mornings. What a great way to start your day. I left feeling peaceful and energized. Becca is knowledgeable and dynamic. She is attentive to each individual throughout the class, ensuring everyone does the poses correctly. I felt safe and well guided. The class itself is upbeat, a great workout, and unique. Becca's Hot To The Core Yoga Class is definitely worth checking out. I am definitely going to be a regular in her class.

AT Sangha Yoga has been my saving grace these past many months. I am not only growing physically stronger after an extremely depleting last winter, but I’m also feeling a part of something I've long been looking for. Immediately after purchasing the unlimited monthly pass and experiencing the different styles of teaching, I knew I was committing to the full membership. I knew I wanted to be in this community more than just a few days a week. AT Sangha Yoga is the kindest, most loving, and supportive of yoga studios. Whatever mood you're in when you arrive, you'll find compassion for yourself before you leave. There is a true genuineness in the teaching, often infused with a humor that lightens the room. A constant encouragement to meet ourselves wherever we are in that moment; letting our mats become a footing where the day and all its issues that have arrived are allowed to dissolve into a simple awareness of acceptance and a letting go. And yes, there is ample parking.

I cannot speak highly enough of AT Sangha! Traci and Amy have created an amazing space where everyone is welcome and honored for who they are. There are a variety of classes to choose from so there is something for every-body! On top of all the wonderful classes and workshops, they host the most amazing retreats that will fill your mind, body, heart and soul with gratitude, love and, of course, adventure. Amy and Traci take care of just about everything while still making it budget friendly, so pack a bag, grab your passport and get ready for the trip of a lifetime!

I revived a long dormant practice when I moved to Milford and found Traci and WalkAboutYoga (WAY). I also met, and keep meeting, a growing group of people who are pursuing fulfillment and contentment within the space their current lives support. So diverse, yet so much in common. I've taken classes with several of the teachers and each brought a bit of themselves to the practice, which I thought was nice. Yoga may be the thing that brought me to WAY and through WAY to AT Sangha, but it is the attitude of kindness and welcome that made it my yoga home. The studio is bright and comfortable, just like the people there:)

Wonderful Yoga studio with classes for the whole family! They offer a fantastic welcome offer that gives you the opportunity to try lots of classes (and instructors) to see what fits with your skill level and interest. They are unique from other studios in that no one feels uncomfortable for being at a different level than others. All are welcome. The place has a beautiful aura and friendly and talented teachers. For their regulars, they offer an excellent monthly pass which includes all their major classes - plus they offer many really interesting workshops from Aerial Yoga to Yoga Nidra periodically to give everyone a chance to try something new!

The “gift that keeps on giving” may be cliché, but it totally rings true at AT Sangha Yoga. On the back of my yoga mat I print the locations of where I’ve practiced yoga—studios all over the world—from China to Mexico, East and West Coasts and more locally, Manhattan and Milford. The quality of yoga I experience at this jewel of a studio is exceptional. I was introduced to the studio in a promotion class and never stopped going. I am now in my third month of DAILY yoga practice. That speaks to the sincerity of my endorsement. The skill-level and maturity of the teachers, plus the inviting ambiance of the studio and the commitment to “sangha” (community) inspires my life. On a very personal note, it has also been a healing force for the many aches and pains I brought with me to the first class. I know I’ve gotten younger and that’s a big plus for someone edging towards her 80’s. Kia
