After taking a long hiatus from working out, I started Warrior Camp a little over a month ago and I absolutely love it! The classes are challenging but bring you real results. Barry will push you to your limit, way beyond what you would be able to achieve on your own. He is extremely encouraging and motivating during every single class. You can tell he is passionate about fitness and truly cares about his clients. If you need a push to get back into a routine, go check it out!

If you are truly looking for THE best, check out BAAYB. It is true bootcamp style where you are pushed more than you think you are capable of. Also, even with other class members, Barry has a way of making you feel like you are not just a number like other facilities; he will even check in with you, if he hasn't seen you for a while. His classes and one-on-ones are definitely not for the faint of ❤️ heart. So if you are into excuses, this is absolutely not the place for you.
If you are looking to be challenged and also to receive, this is definitely the place for you. It really is the warrior zone 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽. I've been part of many gyms before and programs and BAAYB is second to none. It is also nice to be around other like minded folks; the energy is great and contagious.

I’ve had a few trainers they were good but barry is the best. I love stephs boxing class too. B all about your body is a great gym and feels like family. All the people who go there are friendly and welcoming too, it’s a comfortable environment. It’s also kept really clean. Love that I can drop in and take any class w.o being tied to a membership. Training w Barry makes me mentally and physically stronger, he’s supportive, checks in with you, and won’t let you fall off track. Truly cares about his clients, great combo of fun and strict. I started Warrior Camp with Barry about 3 months ago and am amazed at how much it has changed me- both physically and mentally. I used to workout on my own at the gym about 4 times/ week, feeling unmotivated, seeing no results and never stepping outside of my comfort zone. I saw results in just 2 weeks of Warrior Camp. The supportive, team-oriented and motivating environment that Barry has built is what keeps everyone coming back and unlike that of any other gym or fitness class. I recently had surgery and was unable to workout my lower body for a few weeks so started training 1 on 1 with Barry- he has gotten me through my recovery. He goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule, and despite my limitations, has kept me on track and continuously pushes my limits. I am so much more confident, energetic and stronger since I started training here. 11/10 would recommend!!

Without reservation, I 100% recommend BAllAboutYourBody! Barry Horton is continually researching new routines and strategies to teach and train and he is continually evolving to best equip himself with an arsenal of different techniques that make our workouts fun and interesting. I’ve been training with Barry for probably six years now and I am still motivated to go to all of his classes - we’ve worked out on grassy hills, basketball courts, baseball stadiums, skate-parks, playgrounds, and much more – Barry doesn’t need anything to train you – he will make a training-room out of your kitchen if you let him! Nevertheless, his facility is amazing and there are a variety of classes to attend. He never ceases to inspire and motivate and he always delivers an effective workout program! Before Barry, I would absolutely DREAD going to the gym to workout; but now, I look forward to it! I regularly attend the Get Plumped class with Steph, which is a killer lower-body workout and the Bootcamp class with Barry, which encompasses weight-training, high intensity interval circuits, plyometrics, and much more. I also do 1:1 training with both of them and they both tailor an individualized workout to focus on personal needs. BAllAboutYourBody classes and trainers will help you increase your speed, power, and endurance, and they will make you feel positive about yourself so that you can fully invest in your workout! The BAllAboutYourBody team is super supportive and encouraging – that is how Barry sets the stage – for everyone to feel comfortable and to reach their limits! I recommended BAllAboutYourBody without a doubt!
