Beware--this training program will ruin you for any other program for the rest of your life.
This unique approach is both efficient and effective, 2 things that are essential to my busy lifestyle. In just 60 minutes a week I get better results than when I'd spent 5-6 hours a week in the gym. Since I began this program 3 years ago, I've reached well beyond my initial fitness goals, having lost 21 lbs and have more definition at 53 than I did when I was in my 20s (I was naturally slender until my early 30s). I'm at my perfect weight and am now continuing this program to maintain and strengthen as I age.
Mark makes sure to educate his clients so that we can take responsibility for our own health, fitness, and well-being. He cuts through the noise (those endless fad diets and exercise programs that bring only temporary fixes) and his program is in alignment with what science now knows about the essentialness of strength training, particularly for longevity, current health and strength. As a result, I'm able to do things at 53 I couldn't do before this program (eg, go salsa dancing for 4+ hours, run hills faster).
Mark's ability to customize and respond to what I come in with each session is invaluable, and is exactly why I know that I'll never seek another program as long as Mark practices coaching.

After years of crowded fitness gyms and new weight loss gimmicks I made the smart choice and found a trainer that understands how to achieve my goals simply. Mark has such a positive outlook and vast knowledge of the physical body that within a short time and a simple balanced approach I’m happy to say I lost that extra weight that I’ve been carrying around for years. Going to the gym isnt stressful anymore and the end result is well worth the costs.

I started with Mark back in 2008. I had a lot of weight to lose, and he was recommended highly by a friend. I couldn’t believe how fast the weight came off. The strength training, nutrition program and his knowledge is state of the art. I Ended up losing 45 pounds and I’ve kept it off ever since! I am currently training with him again to gain more strength!! Wonderful program, I highly recommend it!

I have been working out with Mark for over 15 years because his diet & exercise program works! I lost 40 lbs in 4 months and have maintained my weight ever since. Sometimes talking about your physical insecurities can be very uncomfortable, ESPECIALLY if you are just starting your physical fitness journey or if you haven't been to the gym in a while, but Mark is always so kind and understanding.
