BFT is one of the top gym facilities in Fairfield County. This gym is smart and intentional with its programming. Whether you are a beginner or advanced in your level of fitness, if you apply the programming you will definitely succeed. On top of that, the community is great and so welcoming. I’m grateful to have found such a place.

Excellent experience. 1 month in and find it challenging but achievable. All sessions have guidance on exercises (demo screens).Trainers are top notch, pushing you to do your best, but safely. Community is outstanding, good mix of ages, men and women all supporting each other (zero arrogance). What sets this apart from other gyms...the owners are constantly involved and listen to feedback! Highly recommend BFT!

BFT is an amazing workout and incredibly inclusive! As a mom of a 3-year-old, I love the simplicity—just show up with your heart rate monitor (included with your membership when you sign up), and you’re ready to go. The flexible schedule offers plenty of options, making it easy to fit into even the busiest days.
The workouts are effective, the community is welcoming, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—centrally located with ample parking in the back. Plus, my husband loves it too, so it’s a win for our whole family.

This is hands down the best gym I have ever been a member of! When I joined I was out of shape and struggling with health issues, but from my very first class I felt so encouraged and supported and the past 10 months have been truly life changing! Such a well thought out program with a variety of cardio and strength classes which will challenge you but will also be fun - and make you want to keep coming back!! Really lovely owners, amazing coaches, all round awesome community. Highly recommend.

I have been a member of BFT Westport for almost 8 months and have completed 116 classes so far.
In the past 10 years I have been a part of 4 other gyms, including Functional Fitness classes, and this gym is hands down the best experience that I have ever had.
Just recently having shoulder surgery and being incredibly out of shape when I started, I was certain that I would quit after 3 months.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Thanks to the expert guidance from the coaches, support from other BFT Members and the “go at your own pace” structure, not only have I conquered goals I never thought possible but it’s also helped me outside of the gym with golfing, Mountain Biking and a healthier lifestyle with my family.
I’ve never felt better and more obsessed with going to the gym.

The most fun I’ve ever had working out. It’s a complete program so you just need to show up. The gym itself is brand new and very clean. It’s a great way to get into heavy lifting without the expense of hiring a personal trainer. Love it there.

I'm a huge fan of BFT! After participating in boot camp-style classes for over 4 years, I was ready for a change. A friend suggested I check out this new place opening soon, and I'm incredibly glad I did. In just 6 months, I've already seen impressive results, and the support and encouragement from everyone there have been phenomenal. The trainers are the most knowledgeable I've encountered at any gym, and the owners are truly outstanding. I’m over fifty and have really been feeling like it. A few months ago, I started working out at BFT and have seen great results in my stamina levels increasing, my body firming and I’m feeling stronger and more energized.
The staff at BFT is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! They make working out easy and have taught me how to exercise correctly and safely. It’s been great getting to know them and many new fellow BFT member friends. The setting is totally welcoming and not at all intimidating…even for a gym newbie like me.

I am the type of person that probably maxed out my heart rate at every workout prior to finding Body Fit Training. All out - all the time. By incorporating the heart rate monitor, I have learned how to work out smarter not harder. I have been a member since December 2023 and have already seen a major transformation in my body. I am stronger and more fit.
The varied workouts include cardio and strength training. The studio is well equipped, clean and spacious.
Gama and Line, the owners are fantastic and very involved in their clients training. The trainers are highly motivating and offer modifications if needed specific to each member.
The members are very welcoming and make working out actually fun. I feel like I’ve found my place at BFT Westport. Come join us!!

This gym is AWESOME ! I am in my 40s and have joined many other gyms in the area. In just a few short months..my body has transformed. I am more fit and stronger . The combo of cardio and weight lifting is just the right balance. The more you go, the more you want to go. The trainers know what they are doing and tailor their tips and adjustments to the individual member-not cookie cutter feedback. The owners know everyone by name and make you feel like you are part of something bigger than just a gym goer. They also offer flexible class times including Saturdays and Sundays. Hands down best gym. Try it out..you won’t regret it!

Amazing gym. My wife started first and I went as a guest, now we both are there 5 days a week. I was a cross fitter who always had to modify exercises, here is the right fit for me. I have not had any past injury flares during these workouts. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, I was a college athlete and have been lifting for as long as I can remember and these trainers still teach me new tricks and tips daily. I truly love the experience here, best gym I have ever been to.

This is the best gym and gym community in the area . I am new to weight lifting and they have been so patient .I am also seeing great results in my 40s which is even harder . Please go check them out ASAP . You will thank me later !!

I have worked out at a lot of different types of gyms, and was thrilled to find Body Fit Training in Westport. The facility has only been open about three months, and it is very clean and well equipped. The owners are terrific, and have built a great community of members in a very short amount of time.
The workouts are varied and challenging, with friendly and knowledgeable coaches leading them. I love that they incorporate heart rate monitors so members know exactly how hard they are working out during each session. There is heavier lifting and barbell work, as well as circuits for both strength and cardio.
It’s been wonderful to show up every day, knowing we are going to have some fun while getting in a great workout. Working out at someplace like BFT makes it easy to want to go to the gym regularly!

For the past 20+ years, I've excercised but done so grudgingly, dragging myself a few times a week to knock it off the "another thing I have to do" list. I've tried various formats, including similar group training sessions, but none felt quite right until my friend insist I try BFT.
I went with a somewhat closed mind but after workout #1, I was hooked and immediately purchased a membership. I honestly don't know why I like this so much better than anything else I tried, but for the first time ever, I actually look forward to exercising! They make even the really touch workouts fun and the classes fly by.
In addition, the owners and staff are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, offering support and advice that makes a difference. And they know all their members by name.

BFT Westport is amazing. The coaches work with you, modifications are always in play to help protect and still get maximum results.
