I have been a personal training client of Tony Gee at Body Matrix since January 2002 and it has been the best money I have ever spent. His approach to strength training and wellness has resolved chronic back issues and helped me manage my diabetes and weight better than anyone else. He has also helped me recover from knee surgery and a fractured ankle to the point where they feel better than ever. I plan to be a Body Matrix client for life, as will my wife.
