When I first started here I was clueless about working out. I was doing the basic workout exercises not actually knowing what they do for my body. Over the months I’ve been at Drew, he has taught me what workouts will be the most beneficial for me. He also helped me outside of the gym. He helped me eat the right things and helped my body get the nourishment I need.

I started training with Drew this summer. I came into the summer with consistent elbow pain and sitting in the low 80. I came out of the summer sitting in the high 80s topping low 90s. Drew is great at on the fly adjustments and listens to any problems you may have and finds solutions to help you feel better. He also pays attention to detail and makes sure to give everyone individualized programs to help them reach their goals.

My son has had a great experience with Drew and his staff. We have seen great strides in his confidence and motivation, as well as improvement in his coordination and strength. We couldn’t be happier with our son’s progress thanks to Drew and his team at Boldt Performance.
Keeping kids motivated is critical to helping them stick with a long-term plan. In addition to building a custom program to help my son improve on the field, Drew created metrics they could use to see the incremental improvements earned week over week.
This culminated in our season opening soccer tournament. It’s a team sport, but individual performances are critical. The improvements in his body control, quickness, and movement efficiency were noted by parents and coaches alike. While clinging to a one goal lead, we saw him make plays to preserve the win that he simply wasn’t capable of making just three months earlier.

I first learned about Drew and Boldt performance through a friend, but at the time I was having significant throwing pain in my rotator cuff, and I was hesitant to start training because of the pain I was in. Over the next 6 months, I was in and out of physical therapy and could barely make it through any given high school baseball practice without my arm exploding in pain. I finally booked my evaluation with Drew, and I never looked back. What helped me initially was laying out my goals for collegiate baseball, and Drew walking me through a plan to get there. From the jump I knew the whole staff at Boldt was one I would be able to trust with my development, and I have no regrets. I've been training here now for 5 months and besides improving my metrics such as exit velocity and throwing velocity, my body feels 100x better! This was the most helpful part of it all. Initially I didn't think a performance coach would be able to help me with an injury, but Drew and his team helped alleviate all of my pain! I made it through 35 games this summer with NO PAIN at all. A year ago at this time, I was taking Advil before every game, and wasn't able to stay healthy and play a full season. Im thankful to be pain free, hit and throw harder, and have better overall movement/motion. My swing is looking great, throwing is really coming along, and I feel more agile with my infield work. Aside from the results that Drew and his staff will help your child achieve, he no doubt has the best coaching environment out of any performance place I've seen. No where else can you find a staff as dedicated and as in depth with explanation and coaching then at Boldt. Feedback is given on every single exercise and all training programs are individualized and tailored to the athlete, which is why so many people who train here see progress. Lastly, not only does Drew coach well, but his whole team makes training fun! I love showing up every day to get better and it's the best feeling in the world knowing that everyone in the gym also believes in me! If you are looking for a trainer for any sport I would recommend Drew every time.

We started searching for an agility trainer to take our son's skills to the next level, maintain consistency in the off season and prepare for a higher level of competition in the fall. We couldn't be happier with our decision to train with Drew and his staff at Boldt performance. From the very first time we stepped into the clean and equipped gym we were impressed. Drew took the time to get to know our son, his habits and his goals as well as took base measurements to have something to measure his progress against. From there he customized a plan to meet the needs of our requests and areas for improvement. We were able to see results very quickly and have received positive feedback on his progress from coaches. Our son absolutely loves going to the trainings and asks us everyday if he gets to go. The atmosphere of having other kids working towards their goals helps push and motivate our son to the point where he will come home and start doing training on his own and will teach or challenge others. Drew is flexible and great at responding to any concerns we have and is always looking for ways to improve his business.

I've worked with Drew for a little over four years and have seen improvements in both my mobility and strength. He focuses on being consistent with everything you do. Drew cares a lot about every athlete he works with and roots for them with passion. As a college athlete, it is very hard to see Drew and get lifts in, in person. During this time, he consistently reaches out and checks on how you are doing. This shows his dedication and care for everyone he works with.

I’ve worked with Drew in the past. I jumped up from 84-89 in a little less than a month. This year I signed back up and in the matter of two in house workouts during the week focusing on better my mobility off the mound went from 88-90 with some left in the tank. The personalized programs created by Drew have really helped with my strength, explosiveness and mobility to get me to my goals while playing college baseball

My son is a catcher on a travel 13u team. We started strength and conditioning training with during the winter. Drew is extremely knowledgeable and is great trainer. My son looked forward to every workout and thinks the world of Drew. From the winter training there was a noticeable increase in his arm strength and bat exit velocity speed.
Recently my son was complaining about arm pain and are first call was to Drew. He was able to identify the problem and helped him get back to the field quick. I highly recommend Drew and Boldt!

My daughter, a D1 catcher has been working with Drew, one on one training for 2 years now. Drew tailors her workouts to specifically help her in what it takes to perform at that level. He has improved not only her strength but has made a vast improvement in her mobility and quickness.
Drew's knowledge also helps her work on improving strength in areas where she has past injuries as a catcher.

While I have lifted throughout the years I have never had a coach/program that has tailored to my needs as Drew has. Not only have all of my lifts gone up substantially, but all of the plyometrics that he has you do pay off immensly. This past fall I narrowly avoided a UCL tear and since working with Drew this offseason I have never been so confident/had my arm feel this good. The training enviroment has been great over the months and I cannot wait to keep getting stronger and throw harder.

BOLD/T helped me go from throwing with elbow pain to being able to throw pain free and keep my body feeling great. My name is Nic and I heard about Boldt from my roommate at college who had nothing but great things to say about Drew and his work. I play d1 baseball and have been struggling with injuries throughout the past year, I came to Drew in hopes that he would be able to help me be able to throw without pain and get back to being able to play baseball without pain for the 1st time in a few years. He has done way more than I has asked, my velocity is up and I feel the best I’ve ever felt. Boldt is absolutely amazing, I will continue to train at Boldt for the rest of my college career in Connecticut!

I am a division 1 baseball player who was a low low point in my career. Injuries, confidence, and lack of success. A SINGULAR MONTH at Bold/t with Drew changed the entire trajectory of my career. Years and years of pain, 2 shoulder surgeries, bicep tendinitis, and dead arm are just sone of the things I’ve struggled with. After my first 2 weeks with Drew it felt like I was throwing with a new arm. I am currently up to 88 mph ( compared to topping 82-83 in the fall ) and haven’t had a single throwing session where I have not felt my absolute best. Between the personalized lifts, mobility, and arm care that I have done from Drew my career took a full 180. If you are questioning where to go to help you out with your athletic career I would suggest no other place than Bold/t. The personalization and face to face work you get there is alike no other sports facility I have ever had the pleasure to be apart of. This is a no doubter for me, and it should be for you too.
