Leslie is a fantastic Pilates teacher—deeply attentive to individual form and posture. I’ve struggled with lower abdominal strength and diastasis since my second pregnancy, but after working consistently with Leslie over the past year, I feel stronger than ever and more confident in my body.

I have been going to Leslie since I was pregnant with my now five-year-old son. I trust her implicitly with my body, especially as she is frequently receiving new certifications to increase her knowledge in Pilates and fitness training. Leslie doesn’t run by a standard playbook; rather she can adjust every session to whatever my needs are that day, and she is able to work around injuries and help stretch tight muscles. I always leave my sessions with Leslie feeling strong, fit, and happier than when I walked in. In addition to being an excellent instructor, Leslie is also a lovely person and friend. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to enhance their Pilates practice, and improve their overall fitness and flexibility.

I have practiced Pilates with Les for the past five years. Her sessions have improved my core strength, balance, posture and flexibility.
Her sessions continue to challenge me. Les closely watches and adjusts me so I get the maximum effect of each posture.
