I’ve been going to Cheshire Pilates since 2015. Nadine has supported me through major injuries, pregnancy, and the ongoing process of getting stronger and healing my back. She never hesitates to modify on the fly for whoever is in class that day, and still manages to give her full attention to every student. Her knowledge, care, and consistency make such a difference. I strongly recommend this studio to anyone looking for personalized, effective, and genuinely supportive Pilates instruction.

I've been going to Cheshire Pilates for several years now. It is a fantastic program with knowledgeable instructors that have kept me going through several health issues. They are fantastic at making the classes work at various levels. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and friendly!

I have been taking classes here once per week for about 2 months now, and I love it! The classes are balanced between equally challenging and accessible.
Nadine, the owner, is a wonderful teacher and is so attentive to each student. The class sizes are small which makes it a great environment to ask questions and be adjusted if your form/positioning is off.
I strength train and do yoga so reformer Pilates has been wonderful to add into my workout split for improving my mobility. Every class I leave feeling refreshed and like my whole body got a good workout in!

Let me tell you, I was NOT in the greatest of shape when I started taking classes. I am probably one of the laziest people you know when it comes to exercise. I am not your cardio girl, or gym bum.... but I LOVE THIS PLACE. The instructors each have their own unique style... and some downright get you motivated. I started with some basic mat classes, and happen chance took a Barre method class---wow...talk about jam packed with energy! Using a ballet bar was alot of fun. This is waaaay better than Zumba!
