Great place, Isaiah and Devonte when I came on aboard a great experience, fast forward I have had my son 13yrs old come with me as a guest( who’s never workout in his life), he now has his own membership. I have a membership to PF I took him there his immediate reaction was what happen to the club, I said nothing he stated he never wants to go to PF. I say this to say everyone down to the trainer Julian and fellow members make my son loves this place. If I wasn’t sold before I’m definitely invested now. You guys are great!!!

Been a member of club 24 for a while. This location for about 5 years. Haven’t been going as much because my schedule has changed. Stopped in for the first time yesterday in a long time and I’m debating on cancelling my membership. When I first joined the once a year fee was defined as a maintenance fee and after seeing the condition of the men’s bathroom I was appalled. The facility has an evident roof leaking issue. Look up at the ducting, look in the men’s bathroom for missing tiles. I’d be willing to bed there is mold all throughout the building. There was a massive hole behind the door in the men’s bathroom that was fixed with a cheap path job that looked horrendous from the beginning. Now it’s a patch job with a hole starting again. Now the real kicker…the urinals and the bathroom itself. It smells like 10 year old dog piss in there. The bathrooms are clearly not getting clean. Both urinals had piss caked on them for so long it’s hardened and is in layers. Listen, I run a maintenance crew for an entire town. Part of what we do is maintain the facility bathrooms. I can assure you that the condition of the ones I. This particular facility are due to them not being cleaned for WEEKS. This is how illnesses and diseases spread. With everything outlined; where does the money from the “maintenance fee” go?

HORRIBLE GYM, ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scummiest gym partaking in predatory practices to squeeze every dollar out of their customers. Gyms notoriously have absurd cancelation policies but this one truly takes the cake. Gym is also smaller than a dunkin donuts and on top of that half of the machines don't work. But hey, if you wanna go run on a treadmill in front of a big TV playing your moms favorite movies or want buy a smoothie from their smoothie bar for $90 go ahead. I will tell every person I know who shows interest in going here to avoid this mousetrap of a gym.

I go to the gym, do my work out and always have a positive experience. There are all ages and all stages of ability and tone working out. I always feel safe and welcome. Everyone is courteous and accepting and helpful. The atmosphere is conducive to a good work out every time. THE MUSIC IS GREAT.

I am not at all satisfied with the customer service. They do not notify you of the conditions of the contract, and they charge you the annual fee at the beginning of the first month of membership.

Nor do they tell you the conditions of service and the charges assumed.

I have gone to cancel my subscription and they have made me sign for a charge of one more month without using the services.
If you have a guest, paying your subscription to have access to this service. They keep your ID until you leave the place. An uncomfortable situation, taking into account that they have all your personal and bank details.

Club 24 gyms open 24 hours a day. Offers a good environment to get a great workout in. lots of clean equipment, free weights and rooms for varying kinds of exercise stretches etc.

I am revising my review. Yes I understand there are contracts, yes I understand I signed it. But when I tried to cancel, it became a nightmare. I sent emails, called the ABC fitness, was told to contact my home club, still no reply. BUYER BEWARE. Still trying to cancel this membership.

So today I walked into Club 24 and was immediately greeted. Then I was taken on a tour of the facility. Once that was done, I was walked through the special plans that were being offered with each one being explained in full.
I’m signed up with a personal trainer to help me get moving. Looking forward to getting in some kind of shape to put shortness of breath and get muscles ready for long walks without feeling whipped.

Had a great session with my trainer Eve today. After too many years out of the gym, I decided to go back. Obviously, some direction and motivation was going to be needed. Thankfully, the Club 24 folks assigned me to Eve. She has been very helpful and flexible with working around my limitations . I am down 5lbs in a few weeks time. I really enjoy going to Club 24. They have a variety of equipment, classes, and personal training to help in your fitness journey. The staff are friendly and helpful. Eve is the personal trainer I am working with and she is amazing. She’s engaging, knowledgeable, upbeat, and is passionate about fitness and her clients. Great gym! Eve, one of the trainers, has helped me eliminate my knee pain and to improve my mobility. I came into the gym trying to recover from knee surgery and also had hip pain from compensating for my painful knee. Working with Eve, who is VERY knowledgeable, has made me pain free in my knee and hip and has enabled me to walk and move like I used to years ago! She has helped me to greatly increase my muscle strength as well. I can walk downstairs now without needing the railings! I can walk 3+ miles with no pain! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Club 24. They have been dishonest and unprofessional in their business failed to provide notice when canceling classes. Attempting to cancel my membership was traumatizing, as they refused to accept my request and continued to charge me even after I was unable to access the gym with my chip. I submitted the request on the website and i called, followed up with emails and their manager kept delaying the process and kept forcing the membership he didn't provide the email that i was told i would get to sign off until a month later he told me to come in to sign then set that date as the cancelation date.They are charging me for personal training even though they have not scheduled these classes .To make matters worse, they continue to harass my daughter, who used a buddy pass once, despite her explicit request to stop contacting her. I strongly advise against joining this gym and urge others to be cautious of their unethical practices.

I’ve been a member of Club 24 in Torrington for many years and have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the club, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the equipment. I’m greeted personally on my way in and out of every workout as the staff clearly makes an effort to get to know its members. I started training bi-weekly with Julian about a year ago and have never felt pressured to spend more on my training which I find a lot of clubs tend to do.
