I LOVE Club Sweat! The studio is clean, the staff is welcoming and the workouts are AMAZING! Cardio, toning and strength training all wrapped into one fun and challenging workout! I have been going a few times a week since the fall and have lost 10 pounds without changing my diet or making any other lifestyle changes. If you are looking for a positive change Club Sweat is it!

I took my first Club sweat class this week and loved it! The instructor took time to show me the machine and the movements we would be performing in class. The class was cardio oriented but with weight work at the same time, which was ideal for me as I wanted to get a full body workout! It was a fun and supportive environment with great music and I will definitely be back!

I tried club sweat for the first time this week and the environment created by the staff was so welcoming and accepting. For those who have no experience on the elliptical, you will be given an in depth description of each position and how to maneuver your body for minimal impact on your joints. Lauren was my instructor for the sweat 45 class and she pushes you all the way through following the advertised high intensity low impact workouts. I will definitely be returning!
