The staff is amazing!
Shout out to the manager Justin, personal trainer Sam, group fitness instructor Loren and my ultimate favorite Zumba instructor Shamika. I go here specifically for the group classes.
I love this gym and feel like apart of a community.
There are always good tunes playing in case you forget your headphones. Lots of TVs you can watch while doing cardio.
Locker room, bathrooms and showers are always clean.

People do not wipe down their machines after using them most the time you canβt even find spray to wipe down the machines the dust is a half an inch around all the TVs I have asthma and I try to talk to them at the gym and not one person does their job and theyβre trying to charge me even though Iβve been paying for years for a gym pass that I donβt even use because my asthma keeps flaring up every time I go there Do not recommend Next time I post I will post the pictures I have how disgusting that place could be

Good gym floor with a variety of equipment, and classes; just don't shower here. No pressure, barely any hot water (have had better festival showers) and no handle to close showers from the inside. Also no full length lockers which can be tough.

Girls were very nice at the desk but this place is terrible and should be closed down or management needs to be changed. The showers have mold and are either not working or when they are have cold water coming out. I go there and the βmanagerβ Justin is cursing at his employees and that is no way to manage a store or to speak to women. I will be making a complaint to corporate office

Nice gym even though you see alot of equipment out of service. The big problem comes to when you want to end your membership. Back in December I wanted to close my membership and pay my balance and they told me I needed to pay also an annual fee this is not right so I left but now their calling me every day stalking me leaving me emails and now their saying I have a balance of $105.00 I gave one star to them because of no other choice.

I love the location and hours. I'm able to go before work before it gets crowded but if I want I can still go after work and on the weekend. Plenty of TV's and channels to watch while I'm on the treadmill. So many options from machines, weight equipment to classes. Staff and guests are friendly. Parking is convenient.

I was a member of the Norwalk Crunch gym for about 5 years and switched to the Stratford gym. Customer service is great, gym is clean and spacious enough, and it doesn't seem to get too crowded around busy evening hours from what I've seen. I've just started there recently, but so far so good.

Great gym if you do a lot of cardio as 50% of the gym is reserved for you. Some interesting weight machines out back and they have classes you can par take in. Gym hours not the best, close pretty early on Friday and on weekends.

I've been a member for the last 6 month and I have zero complaints. Was a member of the ymca for 3 years that was soooo not worth all the money I spent there. I was having a problem with my payment method and they helped me fix that as well. I'd recommend to anyone.

I've been here since they first opened I love the customer service here, clean gym, not alot of people so I don't have to wait for a machine and or weights. It's great for me. ;) Wish they were open 24/7.

Pros:
It's a great gym for the price you pay. Machines are new and up to date. Managers are nice and they are willing to adjust start up fees based on financial conflict. They also greet their members on a daily base.
Cons:
However, the male staffs are a bit unwelcoming. Tells people they can't go on the phone and don't allow people to enter the gym without their scan cards. I recently discovered that we can just give them our name and address. They told me to go home and come back with my scan card.
For the most part, it is a great facility
