Very friendly staff.
Mostly quiet.
All basic equipment in excellent condition, though Dumbbells only go up to 100 pounds.
The ceiling is also low, which prevents muscle ups on the pull up bar.
Although they are not open 24 hours, the environment and equipment availability makes it a good choice.
