I signed up for a new student intro plan and have been using it to try out all of the classes and so far I've loved them all! Each instructor has their own unique vibe and the class offerings are really varied, so there's something for everyone. The space itself is calm and inviting and I also love that they are invested in giving back to the community!

I have been coming to Elemental since October 2024 and I absolutely love it. The classes and teachers are a great mix of strength building, mindfulness and restorative. I have thoroughly enjoyed everyone I have met and encountered on the mat and everyone has been encouraging and welcoming. I had never done yoga before and now I cannot imagine my world without it. If you are thinking of taking a class at the studio I encourage you to go!! You will not be disappointed.

Great studio, wonderful teachers. They are all very caring and educated with a deep passion for bringing you peace. The space is absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room for spread out and not feel like your neighbor is on top of you. They also offer amazing workshops some of which I’ve had the pleasure of attending.

I had an awesome experience at Elemental Yoga. I’m still new at yoga, so I was a little nervous going into my first class. I didn’t know many of the people there which was also a little intimidating, but everyone was super warm and welcoming- I even left with a few new friends! The studio itself is beautiful! It’s incredibly calming, making it that much easier to ‘drop in’ when it was time for class to start.

Kristen, the owner and class instructor, did a fantastic job all around! She gave clear instructions that made it easy to follow along, and she offered modifications for some of the more difficult poses. I felt super supported the whole way through and I left feeling energetically lighter and refreshed. I highly recommend Elemental Yoga! I will definitely be coming back for more!

Elemental yoga studio was JUST what Enfield needed. I have been to a couple classes now and I am blown away each time. As a mama of 2, and a small business owner, it’s so easy to forget to take care of yourself and listen to what your body needs. I took this new studio opening as a sign to get back into yoga + was welcomed into an amazing community of like-minded people, with open arms. Feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after each class allows me to be a better version of myself for my family + my business, all thanks to Kristen + all of the wonderful teachers she has hired! I could not recommend this studio enough, not to mention how GORGEOUS it is inside!

I will definitely be returning to Elemental! The studio is so beautiful and spacious with peaceful decor and natural lighting. I haven't done any formal yoga in awhile but Kristen's leading explanations were précise, so I knew exactly how to do each stretch. She expertly offered variable options so I could simply do what was comfortable for my body. Her timing, cadence, voice and demeanor is welcoming, calm and encouraging. After an hour, I felt GREAT ! I love this place!

Kristen is a wonderful instructor where I felt very comfortable in her class with each and every single position she instructed us to do. I took my first class at Elemental with Leah Clements and I haven’t been able to stop raving about it to everyone. Having only taken a few yoga classes before, I was a bit out of my comfort zone, but Leah made me feel so comfortable and was such a natural at what she did. She explained each step so clearly, I never found myself looking around the room to see what others were doing.

The studio itself is absolutely beautiful, with soothing colors, green plants, and perfect lighting. From the moment I walked in, I felt an incredible sense of peace and calmness, and I knew right away this was a place I wanted to spend more time in. I've already booked my next class and am planning to attend as often as I can with my unlimited pass. I could not recommend Elemental more!!!

I attended their soft opening and it was such an amazing event! The space is beautiful and you can tell a lot of love was put into it. Kristen taught the class that we took which was perfect for all levels of experience.
