Any other gym is better than this location. Went one time and then got injured, I was refused a refund even though I was within the 60 day injury time period. I have now been paying this membership for a year and haven’t been able to go and they refuse to refund or cancel. I’m one month out from the end of the contract and just got charged a yearly fee which they said there’s nothing they can do about. Extremely sketchy with their contract and do not adhere to it.

Poor smell, outdated equipment, not that big, locker room feels like it's from the 70s. Extremely high price for what they provide, only benefit is the 24/7 access. Read the fine print on the contract - you pay the "initiation" fee, plus get locked in for a 12 month term with no cancellation option. If you reach out to cancel, they'll just tell you too bad, you're under contract until X date.

Recommendation: if you want people to advocate and be proponents for your business (the things that will help you grow), be reasonable. The extra month or two of $53 isn't worth poor reputation and word of mouth.

I've been attending this gym for a few months now and honestly, it hasn't been the best experience.

The gym smells terrible and a lot of the equipment gives off a vile smell. I have to wash my hands multiple times during my workouts because of the sweat and sticky residue stuck to the equipment. I don't even use the mats anymore because they look and smell nasty.

The machines are outdated and dirty. You'll find rips in the bench seats, and rubber gauged out of the weights. The lights are layered in dust. I included photos of the pile of ants in one of the bathrooms (that were still there days after I reported seeing them previously), and a screwdriver being used to hold a machine together, which is a safety hazard.

It doesn't seem like the owner cares about maintaining the space.

If you’re looking for a gym that smells like wet socks, has equipment older than your childhood trauma, and paint flaking off like it’s molting—welcome to your nightmare.

Machines are so outdated they probably count as historical artifacts and hook ups to iPhone 3. Half the treadmills sound like a haunted house, and the dumbbells have mystery grime that clearly predates the pandemic. Oh, and the dirt on the leg press? Apparently no one thinks shoes should stay on the floor.

I signed up thinking I’d get in shape—not that my immune system would be doing deadlifts just to survive.

Do yourself a favor and walk past this place. Or at least bring a hazmat suit and a tetanus booster.

Make sure to ask for the half price special because half of the equipment doesn't work correctly. The equipment is so old, the treadmills have hookups for the iPhone 3.

I have been to many gyms all around the state. I joined in June and this already has quickly become my favorite gym so far. 24 hour access is just so amazing I cannot understate it. I love that I don't feel pressured into rushing to get my workout under someone else's schedule. The gym is clean. I think disinfecting wipe dispensers would be a better option than the spray bottles and paper towels they offer though. There is a staff that cleans the gym and it does not smell like another reviewer claimed it did. Almost everyone is polite and respectful. This is my new main gym. It's a little small, but I would rather have a smaller gym that's great than a larger gym that's terrible. I also have not experienced any machines being broken or not working correctly. So far 10/10 for me. And I am a tough critic. I will update my review if things change, but I know they will only improve.

I like the size of the gym and variety of equipment and has not been too crowded the times I’ve gone. My one issue is the cleanliness, or lack of it. The gym smells, and the bathrooms (my husband has confirmed the men’s room is the same) could be a LOT cleaner. I was a member of a gym that had hired staff to constantly clean, not just the front desk staff taking out trash and filling spray bottles. It’s also too hot temperature wise which contributes to the smell. No matter when I come to the gym, it does not seem to ever have a just cleaned feeling.

The only good thing about the gym is the 24 hours access. During the start of COVID I wanted to cancel the membership but they convinced me to freeze membership as I did. After I was charged a one time fee for maintaining the gym even though I froze the membership. I have been a member for over six years and that’s not how you treat loyal customer. Done with the place , cancelled membership for good and would never go back to that place.

This gym may not offer a lot of classes, but if you're just looking for a gym where you can simply go and so your workout without having to deal with the crowd of classes then this is your place! It has everything you need and is genuinely 24/7/365 (not 24/4 like other places ).
