Miss Sam is a wonderful instructor, and introduced gymnastics to my child (tadpole/pollywog class) in a way that is fun, engaging and easy to understand! We are excited to continue attending.

This Place was amazing I’m 12 now and I’ve been going since i was walking the teachers are amazing! They did put a lot of the older kids in younger kids groups but over all it was amazing I stoped and went to a different sport! But I loved it learned so much! I stoped for years and now I can do so many cool tricks and more! I highly recommend!

Fip Flop offers a variety of children's gymnastics: classes (from toddler to teen), themed courses/weeks (such as ninja warrior), open gym (parents go in with children, the kids can do whatever activities they want; during the pandemic, numbers are limited so you must register in advance). Normally, you can also host children's parties there. The instructors are all great and wonderful with the kids. The space is large, and all of the floor is springy. There's a trampoline, a ball pit, various bars and beams. A liability waiver must be signed for children to participate, guardian contact info, a registration form, and class or visiting fees. The gym asks for these to be updated each quarter.

My 8 year old son loves the ninja warrior class and my 4 year old daughter loves the gymnastics class. They both have been attending weekly and thru COVID it has been one of their only activities. We are so grateful for the staff at Flip'Flop for handling everything with care so the kids can have something to look forward to. Thank you and we will keep coming!

I bring my son to gymnastics there for a mommy and me class. My niece is also on a team level there and has gone there since she was a toddler. The owner is beyond knowledgeable about the craft of teaching gymnastics and is incredibly skilled and talented in teaching and coaching the children. Amy is amazing with the kids also, she is fun and the kids love her. This place is very professional in how they handle their business, and all the coaches are former gymnastics who KNOW how to coach and are so familiar with the skills, everyone their is just very competent in what they do. They are fantastic coaches. You won’t find a more quality gym. Also, the equipment is all up to date and new, they have a long tumble track and giant pit. It’s a great and inviting gym overall. They also do open gym some days. I wouldn’t take my son anywhere else, we love the coaches and owner (who is also a main coach, Monica) and look forward to mommy and me every week.
