I’ve been with FNF for a year and a half now and my journey here has been amazing. Nat is inspiring and pushes us to be our best every day. Everyone in the class is also super encouraging and we always have a great time. My wife has been trying to get me to go to this class for the longest I finally went and the only thing I regret is not going sooner. Nat is very passionate about what she does. You can tell that she loves what she does and she’s a great mentor, coach and Trainer. I LOVE FNF! I am finally getting the tone and building the booty I have dreamed of.

For many years I was a cardio and HIIT queen and in the more recent years started strength training. I found myself bored with programs that were too cardio focused or only strength training. FNF is literally the sweet spot in between that I was looking for.

Not only is the program great, but Coach Nat makes an effort to know not only your strength, but your mental as well. She always knows when to challenge me with more weight or when I need a hug.

I have been to other group training gyms, but never felt a sense of community the way I do at FNF. Between breaking up into small groups, chatting on the app, sharing IG, participating in races and attending her events it has become so easy to talk and get to know a lot of women (BTW we are men friendly, lol). Nat really emphasizes women empowerment and through her vision she has been able to build a team.

Ive been training with Nat for almost a year now and drive about 25 min to see her, but Coach Nat and our team are totally worth it.

Being uncomfortable is not easy for me. Stepping into the gym setting with others and feeling lost while completely out of shape is uncomfortable. But, thanks to Nat, I am no longer uncomfortable. I came to this gym with the idea of a 3-month membership tops, and then I would figure it out on my own. 4 months in & I've lost weight and discomfort while gaining a gym family. At first I went in this thinking I knew it all and what was the point of a nutritionist it’s easy no carbs no bread drink water and exercise. Let’s just say I was not open minded to the idea of change just yet. When Nat provided the recipes I was actually shocked they weren’t so bad but I was still skeptical. I’m such a picky eater and it’s no for a lot of things so there were some things I still was on the fence about. Nat said to me “but you didn’t even try”. That’s when I’m like you know what she’s right. To my suprise once I actually started I started liking my meals and also started to a change. I lost a total of 11 lbs abd excited to loose more. The knowledge I gained during this had been life changing I’m glad I gave it a try.

Working with Coach Nat has been the best experience.
I took a 3 year “workout break” and I was super nervous coming back into the fitness world and she has been so patient with me and all of her clients. it’s a group training but nat ALWAYS sets aside time for all of her clients to make sure your on track with the workouts and that your doing things the right way. Even when you think she’s not looking, she is! lol
FNF is a fun upbeat motivating environment. Along with the training the app really does help keep you on track and it Really gives you a sense of a community.

Since beginning working with Nat as my nutritionist in 2024, my life has been completely transformed! I’ve always had a relationship with the gym & try to stay in shape, but my relationship with food has not always been the greatest. Since working with Nat, she has made eating fun for me again. I’m seeing changes in my body that I would have never seen, even with working out consistently. I currently take the classes with Coach Nat. I’ve been taking the classes for approximately 3 months. The business Coach Nat has built is thorough. It’s like personal training, but in a group setting. She engages with everyone in the group. The workouts are intense and the music playlists are fire!! Who doesn’t like to dance a little in between sets!! I do 😅. Her meal plans are tasty and the group is like a family and very supportive. I’ve lost weight and toned my body and feel great!! I gotta give it to Nat! She trains with passion! The way she plans these workouts to target everyone’s different goals is admirable. She pushes you to make sure you get a great workout without quitting. Sometimes I be wanting to quit mid workout but as soon as she sees you struggle she starts to motivate you. This isn’t an ordinary trainer she actually cares about everyone she trains. Her pricing is absolutely affordable and the class is a hour long. When most trainers only do 30 and they be basically asking for a kidney and maybe an arm in their prices LOL and half the time they aren’t even good. So if you’re looking to get a good workout for a hour with someone who knows what they doing THIS IS IT! Nat is GOLDEN.

I tried for MONTHS to look for the right program for me! I even trained consistently for 6 months with another trainer in the area, but I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. And only after 1 month I saw a major difference training with Nat. Not only did she offer a training program geared for weight loss but also an individualized meal plan (here is where I found out healthy doesn’t mean only salads). She is super supportive, professional and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend her!
