Thanks to Colleen for introduced me to Greenwich CrossFit in October 2020! It has changed my life and I love it! I feel the difference in strength with every class. Every day is a different workout where you’re able to challenge your body and mind.

The coaches are all amazing, motivating, and knowledgeable. They bring good energy to the room and are great at explaining/demonstrating the workouts. They understand that everyone is on a different strength level, so the coaches will modify work outs if you are unable to do them. It's all about form and if you're off a coach will correct you.

It’s easy to go to any gym but at Greenwich CrossFit, it’s a community of coaches and people who are helpful, friendly, and will encourage you during your working out. At the end of every class, you feel accomplished, refreshed, and energized while drenched in sweat. The facility is clean, open, and always ready for the next class!

Greenwich Crossfit is a gem in Greenwich. The coaches are kind, welcoming and supportive. The space is clean, airy and open. From the moment you walk in, everyone will cheer you, from the receptionist who checks you in, to the people in class with you. I was shocked and also elated with how friendly everyone is. Crossfit can be intimidating, yet GCF makes it the very opposite. Everyone wants to see you succeed and do well. The coaches never trade strength for form, so you dont have to worry about pushing you beyond your ability or injuring yourself. There are all types of athletes at this location and there truly is a place for everyone. Everyone belongs here! I highly recommend this gym in Greenwich. It's SO SO different from any of the other gyms - there is real friendship and community, plus a killer workout (done at your pace). This is a must try for those new to working out or elite athletes!

My first CrossFit experience. Needless to say, it has completely changed my life. The competition you create against yourself is addictive. It leads you to become a happier, fitter, and stronger you.

No two days are the same, so you are never bored, or plateau physically. Each workout is testing your mental and physical capacity as an athlete, not a gym rat. 8 months into it and 30lbs. lighter. Need I say more?

I’m 49 and I joined 3 months ago after not working out for a few years. I can’t say enough good things about Colleen, Joe, Rosie and the entire staff. It’s really tough work and I’ve had to grow past a lot of limiting beliefs to be able to continue working out at Greenwich CrossFit. (Like I’m too old, or my shoulder pain was a sign that I should stop, for example). But it’s totally totally worth it. I feel better today than I can remember feeling. Ever.

Greenwich Crossfit was the first Crossfit Gym I joined and I have had nothing but positive results and an amazing experience. I joined in October 2016 and have been consistently attending the gym 6-7 times a week. Since I've joined, the results I've achieved not only physically but mentally and emotionally are beyond whatever I would've achieved working out independently. I held back a few years from joining a crossfit gym because of all the negative stigmas revolving the sport, whether its injury or too advanced to join. So even for my average shape self, walking through those front doors at first was a bit nerve shocking. After meeting Colleen (Co-Owner) and Joe (Head Trainer), all of those negative connotations and nerves disappeared. The staff at this gym is really dedicated to teach you first and foremost proper form and safety, but most importantly, they push you to achieve limits you've never reach. After one of Joe's WODs you may feel like never coming back, but believe me that the feeling of waking up the next day faster, stronger, and more alive keeps you coming back. For all of those interested in making huge changes for themselves and trying something that will change you only for the better come check us out! The only regret you'll ever have is wishing you started earlier!

Did a few intro classes. Very nice facility, towels after the workout are a great touch. just not an inclusive environment, less than friendly staff. Felt like I was on my own. Been to other CrossFit facilities since - and this one clearly misses the point.

GCF has enabled me to overcome several "I would nevers" such as "I would never work out at 6am", "I would never work out 5-6x a week", "I would never be able to deadlift more than my weight", "I would never be able to run a mile, do 100 pull-ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats and then run another mile in less than an hour", etc. Every time I step through the GCF doors, I am presented with a challenge that I think I would not be able to successfully complete but with the help of the coaches and my GCF family, I do!! As a member of the GCF community, I have learned so much about my body, my mind and myself in the last year. I've also met so many wonderful people at GCF and would always be so thankful for their support and encouragement. The facility is great. The coaches are awesome. Can't ask for anything more!

It's been well over a year that I've consistently been going to Greenwich CrossFit and I have to say that it has changed my life in so many ways. The coaches, facility, and community are of the highest caliber. I've never been stronger or fitter, and I have managed to meet people from the box that I now call my closest friends. The last few to complete the workout always receive the loudest cheers, and I think that says so much about the GCF community. Try out a class and experience it for yourself.

I've been a member at Greenwich CrossFit for 8 months now. As a person that quickly becomes bored with workouts I can say with confidence this will never happen at GCF. Not only have I gotten stronger, lost 25 pounds (& counting), I've also acquired a new family that is constantly pushing and motivating me to do better. The Coaches Colleen, Joe, Jess, Rosie etc. are extremely knowledgeable and will work with you to achieve any goals you're trying to accomplish and/or scale down any workout that may seem daunting at first. Don't be surprised if the Coaches know your name by heart after your first class. GCF has members of all ages and experience levels and are one of the most welcoming and friendliest people you will ever meet. The box and the locker rooms are top of the line and kept clean at all times. My favorite part without a doubt is the cold towel handed out post workout! In all seriousness, drop in for a class, I promise you'll end up leaving accomplished, with a new friend or two and most importantly coming back for more.

When I stepped foot into Greenwich CrossFit I was anxious and excited to try CrossFit for the first time. From the moment you step in the doors you are greeted by a smiling, warm staff member and they direct you toward the locker rooms (which are incredible, by the way). The coaching staff are welcoming and encouraging and scale the workout to your ability. After the first class I was completely hooked and knew this CrossFit Box was going to become my second home. The members are enthusiastic, warm and hard working, but more importantly, they are a community of athletes that vary in age, experience and background. We have become a tight knit family who work together and push toward a healthier and happier lifestyle.
