I have been in the health and fitness industry for 30 years. Being a National Board Certified Health Coach is exciting for me as it brings, full circle, my passion for providing the tools to help others live a truly healthy life β to really enjoy living with-out limitations.
Using science-based information, a client-focused and goal setting partnership, my clients enjoy the success of achieving their health goals. Enjoying everyday activities that, now, are limited due to the pain from inflammation - is an area I specialize in.
I offer 1 on 1 and group coaching to help people create their healthiest self through self-discovery and goal setting.

Roxie is an amazing, attentive, caring and inspiring motivator. I lost 37 pounds since the middle of January with her nutritional guidance and feel better physically because of her workout combination of stretching, resistance and yoga exercises!!!

As I got older, I knew I needed someone to teach me exercises to strengthen my body, my legs in particular. I took 5 classes from Roxie and already am feeling my legs getting stronger. She is very organized and teaches me exercises that pinpoint my old age symptoms. I will resume with her in person in the Fall and will try to do some of her exercises each day during the busy summer. Thank you, Roxie.

WOW!! Does Roxie know seniors. Iβve worked with other personal trainers in the past with little results. After working with Roxie for only three months, now I know why. Her sessions are effective, varied, and I experienced results after a few weeks especially with strength and balance. Iβm getting through a rigorous hour workout and feel great when finished. With other trainers I often felt drained, sore and sometimes nauseated. Roxie is perceptive, knowledgeable and quick to switch out an exercise if Iβm feeling pain in my knees or back. June will be my 4th month and I just want to keep going!! If youβre looking for a personal trainer you gotta check out Roxie. Go ahead, take the step to a healthier you.
