My daughter is with H.O.P.E. For several years and that is her favorite place to be! She is always in the first row for additional practices, competitions etc. We love everything about HOPE! Great coaches, great atmosphere, great sport β€οΈ

HOPE is a family for my daughter. Coaches are very supportive and caring. They motivate and teach gymnasts skills how to succeed. Most importantly, coaches help kids to perform with their best abilities; For that, they train gymnasts physically and mentally, and
no matter how they perform, coaches encourage kids not to give up and do better next competition.
I feel safe when my daughter is in the gym, because I am confident that coaches take care of her as their own daughter. I love everything about HOPE, and I am lucky to be part of it.

Team HOPE is a most inspiring story of how a group of coaches, parents and athletes come together to form an organization that is truly a gift to our kids! β¨

A Five-Star Club for Rhythmic Gymnasts!
I cannot express how grateful I am to have found the H.O.P.E. Rhythmic Gymnastics club for my 12-year-old daughter. Over the past five years, H.O.P.E. has proven to be an exceptional place for her to nurture her passion for rhythmic gymnastics, which is an Olympic sport that is defined by its elegance, beauty, strength and artistry.
From the moment we step into the gym, we are greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the coaches. Their genuine love for the sport and commitment to each student's growth is evident in every interaction. The coaches are not only highly skilled and experienced but also possess a unique ability to inspire and motivate young gymnasts to reach their full potential.
The gym provides a safe and conducive environment for learning and training. The classes are thoughtfully designed to cater to students of all skill levels, ensuring that each gymnast receives personalized attention and guidance. The progression from basic techniques to more advanced routines is seamless, allowing gymnasts to grow and excel at their own pace.
The sense of camaraderie and support among the girls is remarkable. The school fosters a positive and inclusive atmosphere, where friendships are formed and teamwork is encouraged.
As a parent, I am also appreciative of the open communication channels maintained by the coaches. They are always available to address any concerns or queries promptly, ensuring that parents are well-informed about their child's progress and upcoming events. The dedication and professionalism of the coaches are exceptional.
H.O.P.E. Rhythmic has been an absolute blessing for my daughter's rhythmic gymnastics journey. The exceptional coaching, well-structured curriculum, and nurturing environment have played a pivotal role in her growth as a gymnast. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to any parent seeking a place where their child can flourish and thrive in the world of rhythmic gymnastics.
Thank you, H.O.P.E. Rhythmic, for being a beacon of excellence and for providing an unforgettable experience for my daughter. We look forward to many more years of growth and success with your incredible team!

We came to America 1 year ago and our adventure here started with Hope rhytmic gymnastic club. Everything was very foreign and very new for my whole family but everyone, especially dear bibiana coach, rocio coach, gigia coach and then all the H.o.p.e club parents and all the children helped us so much in everything that we got used to everything in a short time. It's a big crowd and a very warm family. Rhytmic gymastic is a very difficult sport, you need to be skillful in many areas and it requires a lot of motivation. It is very important to succeed without breaking down and I think we are a team that has a good time having fun but not forgetting discipline.

My daughter has been training with H.O.P.E. since 2020. We love everything about the team: the amazing crew of coaches who value the gymnasts first, and not the medals, the very personalized approach to each gymnast capitalizing on her individual strengths, a mindful approach to healthy physical and emotional development, and most of all -the humble values the coaches promote among the girls and their parents. My daughter loves her team so much she refused to leave H.O.P.E. even when we left CT area for Idaho a year ago. Yes, she continues to train remotely, with amazing support from H.O.P.E. community -coaches, gymnasts and their families! Now each competition with the team is double the fun, both for the sport she loves and being with her tribe that she only gets to train with a couple of months a year. This summer I had the pleasure of observing many new young members of the team during camp, and itβs very sweet to watch the mutual appreciation between the senior girls and our new additions to the team. H.O.P.E. is way more than just about the beautiful sport of rhythmic gymnastics, and thatβs what makes this team one of a kind β€οΈ
