I love training with Jamie with my team. We were preparing for our first HYROX Relay race in Boston and he gave us so much insight and feedback on how to perform better as a team, down to rearranging our team layout so we can perform our exercises based on our individual strength! We came back as a team to try the doubles simulation race and had so much fun! The energy in the room was unmatched, such a hard workout but felt amazing after finishing it! We will definitely be back for the one coming up in January!

I have been training for 2 years with my trainer, Jaime Nogueira. He trained me to run the NYC marathon and once that was completed I wanted a new goal. Jaime suggested I try the HYROX event. I am so scared doing anything group related so it was a great.. but scary goal.
It seemed like such an overwhelming and intense event to join but once I got there, the music, energy, positive encouragement, and organization of the stations eased my fears away quickly. I had so much fun, met great people who share the same goals as me (just trying to be healthier).
Anticipation of it starting was the hardest part for me but once my wave started I knew it would be hard but doable and my times really did not matter as long as I did my best. It just mattered that I signed up and finished. You have a partner, too (which makes it so fun).
If you have never signed up for a HYROX event, I definitely recommend taking the classes Hybrid One Training offers to prepare you like I did, that way you get the idea of what it will entail. It took the anxiety aspect away for me knowing what was in store.
I felt so great the whole weekend after completing it. I was sore and so proud of myself! I already signed up for the next one.

Had so much fun!!! I was definitely nervous going into it, but the energy was there and we all motivated each other and it was a great experience especially for those looking to do their first hyrox. Will be there for the next one !!

Had an awesome experience at the HYROX competition! The energy was electric — great atmosphere, great people, and an incredible workout from start to finish. Everything was well-organized and motivating. Already signed up for the next one and can’t wait to get back out there. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serious challenge and a great community vibe.

The Hyrox event on October 18th was my first and will not be my last! I am new to events like this, however, J was very welcoming & supportive plus the energy was amazing. Lots of cheering and encouragement and I had an awesome partner (thanks J for pairing me with Amani). I'm looking forward to the next one!!

I had a great time during their Hyrox simulation event in Oct 2025. From the moment we got there we were welcomed and felt like it was our gym, it felt relaxed, well put together and fun! It felt like a comfortable challenge, meaning that even though we were trying to test our fitness, everyone was supportive of each other and cheering for each other to do our best. Jamie and the staff were great! We will definitely go back to the next one in January 2026! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The HYROX simulation was very well planned and executed! This was my first complete HYROX-style workout, and I absolutely loved it. The instructions were clear, and Coach Jaime did an excellent job organizing everything — from the flow between stations to keeping everyone motivated. Definitely looking forward to the next one!

This Hyrox race sim was such an awesome experience — definitely something outside my comfort zone, but I’m so glad I did it! I teamed up with someone I met at the gym, and we made a great team. The workouts were intense, the running pushed my limits, and the energy in the room was unreal.
It challenged me physically and mentally, but crossing that finish line made it all worth it. I walked away feeling stronger, proud, and already excited for the next one! 🙌🔥

You go to most gyms, lift a few weights, and leave wondering if anything actually happened. At Hybrid One, you know it’s working because everything hurts (in the best way possible 😅).
The results are real, and the energy is even better. Coaches like Jaime and Sam push you just the right amount. They’re supportive, motivating, and somehow make hard work actually fun (it’s the Portuguese definition of fun, which I believe includes a healthy amount of regret)
If you’re looking to get stronger, push your limits, and maybe question some of your life choices mid-workout, this is the place.

Joining Jamie's Hybrid one training has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. The space is always clean and welcoming, the coach is encouraging without ever making you feel out of place, and the workouts constantly push me to grow stronger, this has benefit me both physically and mentally, and I could not be more grateful. What I love the most is how personal it feels; the coaches remember your name, check on your form, and celebrate your wins (big or small). I started training about 2 month ago and I honestly can’t stop coming back — I truly enjoy every session! Jaime and Sam are incredible coaches: supportive, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I really appreciate the care and encouragement they bring to every workout.
After just a few weeks, I already felt stronger and more energized in my everyday life. Training here has become something I look forward to, not just for the workouts, but also for the positive atmosphere and the people.

Jaime has been my trainer for well over 3 years and I can’t imagine my weekly exercise routine without him. He is knowledgeable, engaging, enthusiastic and, most importantly, very patient with his clients. He challenges me and makes me work hard, but also recognizes when I need to take it easy, and always finds interesting ways to modify exercises to make them more suitable for me. A great gym with a fantastic trainer, highly recommended!

Jaime is a great trainer. In the time I've been working out with him I've gotten so much stronger and feel much happier in my body. Jaime watches me carefully , encourages me and pushes me , too.
