An excellent place to practice yoga and to start a yoga practice.

This place is about as chill as it gets. The instructors are kind, mature yogies. The approach is light hearted and thoughtful. Not the overly intense experience at other studios.

If you’re curious about yoga this is the best place in the New Haven area to start.
