My favorite yoga studio in my thirty years of practicing. Inviting and nurturing to all levels with classes throughout the day. Absolutely something for everyone, from rank beginner to experienced yogi.

I started teaching at inception of Kaia Yoga (then Greenwich Yoga) back in 2006, and from the very beginning, I felt at home. The teachers, students, and community instantly felt like family. Gina Norman’s Kaia Methodology has been a steady source of inspiration for me over the years — it’s a teaching style that continues to challenge, ground, and uplift me both as a teacher and as a student.
Completing the 300-hour Teacher Training at Kaia Yoga was truly transformative—it enriched my understanding of the yogic philosophy, developed deeper breath work and mediation techniques, introduced me to other teaching styles including yin and restorative, refined my practice, and elevated my teaching in ways I hadn’t imagined.
Kaia Yoga has been a cornerstone of my personal and professional growth. I can’t say enough about how this community has enriched my life, both on and off the mat.

My experience with the Yoga Teacher Training at Kaia Yoga was life-changing.What began as a journey to deepen my personal practice manifested into transformation in mind, body, and spirit!!
The training challenged me physically strengthening not only my body but also my understanding of alignment, breath, and mindfulness.
The most unexpected gift was the gift of community that i found and love!!!
Kaia's YTT did not just prepare me to deepen my practice, but to teach yoga-it gave me a renewed sense of purpose, balance and belonging.Highly Recommend this YTT journey

I have been with Kaia since 2010, first as as student of yoga and now as a teacher. The Kaia Yoga Teacher Training has helped shape me into the confident, strong yoga student and teacher I am today.

Kaia Yoga is a truly unique and special yoga community. I knew from my first class that it would be my yoga home. And when I started my 300 hour yoga teacher training with Kaia, my feelings were only reaffirmed. Kaia Yoga is brimming with teachers who are passionate about the practice, who plan out thoughtful classes, and who care about their students. The workshops and trainings Kaia offers are so immensely helpful for my practice and for my teaching. I am so grateful to be a part of this learning community, as a student and as a teacher!

I was introduced to Kaia Yoga by a dear friend of mine in December of 2022. I knew after the first class that this was a studio I wanted to come back to. There are so many amazing teachers at Kaia, they all bring something unique and special. It’s only been a few years that I’ve been a member but I feel like this is my family when I come to practice. I recently decided to do my 200 hour Teacher Training with Kaia and that not only helped me to deepen my practice but also opened another door for me to express my creativity: I’m currently teaching classes now at Kaia and feel incredibly lucky to be part of their tribe. No business is perfect all the time, and while I see that there have been some negative comments posted in the years past, I would take them with a grain of salt. I’m 525 classes in, and 200hours of training under my belt and genuinely feel that this is an amazing place. Come give them a try!!

I’ve been loosely practicing yoga on and off for years. It wasn’t until I found the community at Kaia that I really deepened my practice, which has become such a critical part of my health and wellness journey this past year! I love the teachers, the community, the way I feel after every single class. I’m officially a yogi thanks to Kaia! So much love!

Very unprofessional staff, Id rather go to the gym than get involved in this stupidity that they decide to call yoga.

Found my new yoga home here in Connecticut!
Love that they offer different types of classes, a wide array of teachers, heated and non heated options, and also prenatal classes, as well as energy healing + sound bowl workshops & events often!

Incredible teachers. I've taken yoga in LA and NYC and the quality of teaching here matches or surpasses it. Both hot and not classes, lots of times and choices, plenty of parking. Basic to advanced plus yin and sound baths. My happy place.

I have been a member of the Kaia family of yogis for over 10+ years. Every member of the Kaia team, from the owner Gina through all of the amazing instructors and staff, I am always treated with care and attention. Even when I lose my practice from time to time, they welcome me back with open arms always! And the friendships I have made with other Kaia students is nothing short of amazing. We all support each other and have an amazing yoga kula. Don't wait, come join us now!

From out of town for a few months. I was excited to find a place to practice yoga while I am in west port for the summer that does the heated flow yoga I enjoy. Friendly staff and adequate facilities. The introductory package is a good value. The bathroom is clean.

This is a lovely studio! Bright, clean and peaceful. The staff are very kind and friendly. After just one class the woman at reception knew/remembered my name. The instructors are easy to follow and caring. It is easy to attend classes in any of the many Kaia studies on a multi-pass.

I love Barbara's Gentle Yoga class at Kaia Yoga and Mediation Westport. Great studio and a wonderful instructor who has really boosted my practice. Judy's Warm Candlelight Yin class on Fridays is life changing! The best possible self-care you can give yourself is a membership at Kaia.

Incredibly disappointed with the owner and administration of their 100 hour Meditation. A serious lack of communication, misinformation, inconsistent policies. No mentoring what-so-ever. Felt like just take your money and that's it. Never met with the owner, although it was stated that was part of the program. Felt like I was more of a nuisance than a part of the program. Not a welcoming feeling at all.

don't buy a classes card here or similar gift.....you must use it within a certain time or you lose the classes you have not used....to reactivate for another month they charge you $20..this cost me money and made it in the end more expensive than drop in.....I have tried to get them to change this via email but they don't respond.....too bad ...not bad place otherwise but who wants the feeling of being taken advantage of....

MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERS BEWARE (even if you relocate you will be charged for 3 full months)!
I haven't used Kaia yoga so I can't rate the experience. I would like to share some information about them that I found out however. They do have a monthly unlimited contract and a 30 in 30 plan. What differs from Kaia yoga and every other gym I have looked at is that their monthly contract does not allow you to cancel even if you relocate. Many gyms will have you sign a contract for at least a few months to a year but everyone I have looked at has a clause which says if you relocate you can cancel membership. Kaia yoga does not provide its members this (I even explicitly contacted their manager to confirm). Those looking to join need to consider this before doing so.
