I signed up my wife and myself for their training program that offers 12 classes a month. We were lied to when we signed up 12 classes each went down to 6 each and 12 in total. We also weren’t told it was automatic each month. So please be aware. The program came with a meal plan. We didn’t get the meal plan until 1 class away from ending the 12 classes. Very disappointing. The icing on the cake. We were on our last training day and there was this new female in our class. She did her own thing, went ahead of the instructor and start leaving dumbbells everywhere. Now this became a trend and the instructor didn’t say anything. My wife fell over one and nothing was done. Now she is in pain and dumbbells still all over the place. We had to ask to fill out an incident report. If you don’t do the training courses the machines are all broke. I would go somewhere else.

My son who has autism wanted to use the stair master but was not sure how and was also a little intimidated. One of the trainers, Jeff went with him and spent nearly a half hour helping him. He was successful using the Stair Master!

You have been warned! After the 6 month initial sign up they will do everything to prevent you from canceling and will continue to bill you for services they promised but didn’t provide. I am now on my THIRD month of being over billed. ANGEL refuses to do his job, very scammy. I have contacted him thru multiple texts to end the billing, he refuses, I showed up in person, they still say “oh we will look into that” but they then proceed to bill me AGAIN. I am now $370 overbilled from my account past the 6 month program. Checking my account I am still enrolled in their billing and it looks like they will charge me for another month! Horrible experience. They refuse to cancel both the PRT program and the gym membership. Safe yourself the wasted money and the hassle and go to any other gym. I can’t leave a more negative review of how unprofessional this establishment is. I would be ashamed to own this franchise location. 0/10 I will forever talk bad about this place so others don’t get taken advantage of like I did.

Love this particular gym. I've been shopping around for a new permanent gym and ended up landing here. Its pretty much full of every machine I could ever really need, and the facility is pretty clean... And most importantly it doesn't get very musty here!!! Unlike.. some *other* gyms I've been too. It seems pretty well ventilated. The jacuzzi and a pool are certainly a plus, too. On top of that, the staff is really great, and REALLY helpful. Mariana took me in and toured me around, it legitimately felt like she went out of her way to provide me with assurance, and was also really knowledgeable with some of my fitness-related questions! I'm really grateful for her help, and I'm really happy with my decision to be here.

Just got out of the LA Fitness in the Trumbull location. at first, I was a little bit hesitant, but thanks to Dessire (manager) and Angel (Health Director) I Felt at ease with them. They broke down my numbers and provided me With information for me to reach my goals going forward. I signed up today! If anyone is hesitant or overthinking, my best advice is to come to the LA fitness here in the Trumbull location they make you feel welcome. If your contemplating and losing weight don’t hesitate.

Could you please do the hot tub maintenance? It's always off or cold. The entire time I've had a membership, it's always been in poor condition. And hopefully the pool works because they close it several months a year. And we're going to enjoy the hot tub, and they don't even send a message informing us of the dates it won't be open. Many people in my family have signed up for the membership because they want to use all the facilities in good condition. Thank you very much.
