I’ve been going to Lisa’s bootcamp for a year and it’s been life changing. I’ve lost 21 pounds and feel stronger, leaner, and more confident. Her bike and bootcamp classes are the best way to start the day, they are challenging, fun, and never boring. The group energy keeps you motivated, and Lisa truly cares and pushes you individually. After being in an exercise rut for years, I'm coming up on my two year anniversary at Lisa's. It's hard to get into a rut at there but when I'm starting to slide, I get a text from her, and the gym fam I have now.

She gives personal attention to each of her members at the studio. Her classes are filled with personality, a serious workout, and a ton of support and encouragement. There is no getting bored there!

Lisa is invested in her members. After about a month of being there, she knew exactly what weight I was lifting for each exercise, and pushed me to grow.

Her studio is a community, created by the culture Lisa brings to it. It's filled with amazing people who keep me accountable and laughing.

If you try her special intro for classes, I'm pretty sure you'll find yourself a full member pretty quickly. Come workout with us!

The BEST boot camp and spin class in CT.
Lisa intuitively and safely knows how to push you past your comfort zone to get you into a serious fat burning zone. I have been working out at Lisa’s studio for over 12 years and even though time may go by where I don’t go for a few weeks/months I am always welcomed back by Lisa and the team with a huge welcoming smile. I seriously can't stress this enough: Lisa is amazing and she will do amazing things for your fitness levels and body. Group classes with individual attention to personal injuries. I've had workouts there that were completely different than the group because of my shoulder. Spin/boot is a crazy crossover workout for cardio and strength.

I came to Lisa at a low point in my running career. I'd always been a middle of the pack marathon and 50k runner but a hamstring injury had left me barely able to run 3 miles without significant pain. I started classes with Lisa 3 times a week and immediately fell in love with Bootcamp. The changes in my body were rapid and dramatic. Within a month, I was back to running comfortably. Within 3 months I was back to running marathons. Now, 8 months since starting Bootcamp, I've run my first 50 mile and 100 K race and am planning on running my first 100 mile race in January. While Lisa is not a running coach, her balanced workouts gave me the cross training I needed to take my running to the next level. Each class if different, challenging, and tons of fun. Be ready to work hard and endure some discomfort but the results are well worth it!

There are not many things that will get me out of bed at 4:40 in the morning; in fact aside from my kids, Lisa's Bike & Bootcamp is the only thing that gets me out of bed this early! Lisa’s Bike and Bootcamp is an intense workout that you can't help but hate to love. I started attending Lisa’s Studio over 2 years ago and with each visit I leave a stronger person both mentally and physically. Lisa is one of those trainers who effortlessly gets you to push yourself just a bit more than what you thought you could handle. Lisa and her trainers are more concerned about your form than getting a million reps in; the trainers here really make sure that you're doing all the moves correctly. Even if you can't do an exercise, they're always able to customize something for you to do to build your foundation and improve your fitness. No matter how I feel going into class, I always feel awesome when I leave. The full body workout seamlessly and literally works out your WHOLE body. The Lisa’s Bike and Bootcamp is a place where the energy is high and the people are amazing. I've seen great results, and only expect to get better due to Lisa and her staff. I'm officially hooked.

Lisa boot camp studio is amazing it is a brand new studio with new equipment . Lisa offers boot camp & spinning classes which include on & off the bike for an intense workout but caters to all levels. Being in Lisa's class is like having one on one training , she listens to her clients and is Constantly changing it up.. Lisa's classes have changed my body I am in the best shape of my life and feel great! There are classes for everyone's schedule starting at 4:30 am and ending at 6:30 pm in a day there are approximately 6 to 8 classes ,Lisa does most of the classes and for the ones she does not she has only the best instructors..shout out to Shelbie , Jenn & Heather!! Come give it a try , we are a great family!

I have been a member of Lisa's Bike and Bootcamp for 3 years and there is nothing that can compare to her unique method of training. Every day is something different and fresh. You will not fall into a rut at Lisa's as you're constantly growing pushing yourself each and every day. The best thing about Lisa's studio is Lisa. She is personally invested into each and every member of her studio and genuinely cares for all her students. The friendships between members are also incredible. If you want a fun, challenging and rewarding workout than you need to try Lisa's. It fuels your body and your soul!
