LW Strength is an awesome spot for a great workout! The classes are the perfect mix of cardio and weights, lasting about 50-60 minutes. The workouts are challenging but rewarding, and the energy from the instructors keeps you motivated throughout. I always leave feeling stronger and more accomplished. Highly recommend

I have been with LWStrength for over a year and could not recommend it more. The small class size ensures you get the attention you need and you’re not left in the dark. Trevor does a great job at having variety in classes so that it never feels repetitive. It’s clear he puts time and effort into all of the classes.
Since joining, I’ve noticed a huge change in my strength and stamina. I look forward to many more classes at LWStrength!

Trevor is a wonderful trainer! I came to him just looking to feel better overall and in the interim, went down 2 pants sizes! He’s really motivating, helpful, and doesn’t make you feel intimidated. He always makes sure I’m up to doing certain things and makes sure my health condition comes first. I truly cannot recommend him enough.

LW Strength is not just a gym, it is has one amazing coach - Trevor (no Joking)- I have been going to the gym for almost a year and have never had the same workout twice. Every class targets every part of your body. The small class sizes makes me feel like I have a personal trainer and Trevor is watching ever move to make sure you are doing them correctly. This is a fun gym with interaction from everyone in the class. I feel that I have found a home here. Great workout, great people, amazing coach.

Coach Trevor is awesome! His workouts are always different so I never get bored. I love working out in a group setting. It helps to motivate me when I see other people working hard. But even though it is a group workout, Trevor is very attentive to each of us making sure we are doing the exercises correctly. His studio is very clean and organized which makes it easy to find equipment and my mind feel zen, I'm not lost trying to figure out what to do and how to do it. Which works best for me. I am so glad I found LWStrength!

I am very happy with the exercise program at LWStrength. What I like the most is the vast array of different exercises each day, and especially the use of weights in so many ways. I especially like that you offer different variations to exercises. It gives us the opportunity to try the more challenging variation or do the one that fits us best. Joining LW Strength was the best decision I could have ever made when choosing a facility to start my journey in gaining strength... building muscle and losing weight. I started less than a year ago approximately end of October 2021 and I have lost 40 pounds with Diet and Proper Exercise! Trevor is amazing at coordinating workout routines that continuously help build muscle, build your endurance and build your strength as well as incorporating some cardio into our weekly workouts. Everyday something new so you never get bored and tricks the body! I'm excited to continue my Journey with LW STRENGTH couldn't ask for a better Instructor!

This has been what I’ve been looking for for a long time! I was looking for strength training without giving up cardio. I love classes, but at typical gyms the classes get stale quickly and oftentimes the instructors are not that motivating. At LW, every class is different, each class covers cardio and strength, and Coach Trevor is very motivating. It’s like receiving personal training for every single workout. He runs the business, he does the training, and he leads every class and is extremely knowledgeable about …well everything. He also plays THE BEST music which directly affects exercise for me. Building strength is so rewarding. I feel so much stronger than when I first started at LW. Getting stronger feels amazing both physically and mentally. You, go Trevor!
