I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 15+ years of experience. Delivering one-on-one coaching and group instruction across diverse populations—from young Moms to active seniors. Energetic, client-focused, and passionate about helping people achieve lasting fitness and longevity both in and out of the gym.

I am a physician. And I believe a physician should set an example to his/her patients. I have been with Mickey for over 5 years. It has been quite a journey! During my journey, Mickey has guided me with current workout regimen and nutrition trends that are important for a client going through middle age. What was important to me was his constant encouragement and his belief that I can complete every workout session. My journey has had ups and downs which included surgery, back pain, sciatica and shoulder pain. But he did not let me digress during those times. He readjusted my workouts to aid in the recuperation appropriately without stress. Mickey workouts are part of my life now. With Mickeys guidance I hope to lead a healthy life.

I have been working with Mickey for a little over 5 years. I took his group classes at The Edge (Bodypump and Spinning), trained online with a fellow gym acquaintance during Covid and in preparation for my wedding, and started personal training at his home studio about 2 years ago. I have followed Mickey all these years because he is a great friend who has a true passion for fitness. He is easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and will give nutrition suggestions when asked for it. He listens but also encourages a good challenge and helps clients to understand the process of strength training both mentally and physically. If you’re ever considering personal training, I highly recommend Mickey Santelle!

I have been working out with Mickey for 5 years. He focuses on strength training to help me keep my legs and arms strong Mickey helped me strengthen my right arm after being diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff. I have no pain and my arm and shoulder are very flexible. He also helps me to maintain a healthy diet. He’s a very good trainer, patient and helpful so I can reach my goals. He is also a nutritionist! I plan to continue to work out with him 2 times a week on zoom!!!! Kathy S.

Mickey was and still is a great help and encourager to me since I was diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica five years ago.  PMR is an auto immune disease which affects joints and muscles.

I could hardly get up off the couch when first diagnosed with the disease.  Pain was almost everywhere in my body.   Mickey was just starting up his “zoom” exercise program since COVID was in full swing at the time.  I was his “guinea pig”.  And how grateful I am that I was.

Mickey met with me via zoom twice a week and brought me through an exercise program that worked wonders for me.  Within months I felt like I had strength back in my muscles.  He taught me how important it was to exercise – to keep the blood flowing through my muscles and joints.

Five years later I continue to follow an exercise program with Mickey.  I can honestly say I don’t know where I would be today if it wasn’t for his encouragement and exercise program.
