Private stations for each personal training client with a professional trainer ensures a 1:1 experience that maintains social distancing while continuing to allow for the community-based atmosphere that MoJoe’s has built over the past decade.

Very disappointing first experience. Was ignored when entered, the “trainer” was busy on his device and without even glancing at his client who was sweating bullets, told him how great he was doing. After clearing my voice a few times to get his attention, my interaction with him was very lackluster. Will not be back

I’ve been going here 2-3x a week for about a year, and I feel so much better as a result. I traded fat for muscle, my arms don’t look like they’re melting anymore, and my posture is significantly improved.
I’ve gotten my husband to go 1x a week and even his arms look like they did when we got married. They also strengthened muscles that have been weak his whole life.
I’ve referred friends who also go 2x a week now, and everyone agrees this is worth the investment into yourself.
I admittedly started this journey thinking I’d go for 3-6 months — but now I couldn’t live without. Dave and John are great!

I highly recommend MoJoe's Gym. Not only does MoJoe's help you achieve results quickly, but perhaps more importantly, you’ll stay motivated to keep going! This makes MoJoe's more than a gym, but a life-changing opportunity to optimize your health. The excellent trainers at MoJoe's make it super easy. They help you target exactly the muscles to work on, when you need to work on them. They instruct you to do each exercise correctly, preventing injury, and they ensure each workout is efficient, to maximize results. If you happen to be injured or feeling sluggish, they will help you rehabilitate to speed up recovery and stay on track with your routine (I can attest to numerous of these ‘rehab’ sessions). You also push yourself harder than you would if you were working out solo. On top of all this, they offer cool perks like free access to the golf simulators. Can’t say enough good things about Mojo’s Gym! My trainer Dave is positive, attentive, and knowledgeable. He listens to my needs and makes every session fun! Trainers Lauren, Jay, and Pete are also friendly and greet me by name each day. The owner, Joe, is personable and has gone out of his way to work with me one on one with my specific needs. Other gym members are friendly and supportive and it’s a nice community to be a part of. I have experienced other gyms, and joining Mojo’s has been the best decision I’ve made for myself and my health.

I joined moejoe’s gym for strength training. The trainers not only helped me become stronger, but they cared about me as a person. The friendly, family like atmosphere made me want to go and work out. After getting to know me, doing a full physical assessment, and learning my history; they made an individual workout plan that best suited my needs. I later changed to a weight-loss program and saw results immediately. Everyone there was supportive and genuinely excited as I hit my goals. I have never laughed as hard and had so much fun working out as I do while at mojoe’s gym. It is truly a holistic experience.

I have been working out twice a week at the gym For the past four months with Pete who has been wonderful at mixing up the routines getting my body significantly stronger and significantly more flexible. At 65. I feel stronger and more flexible than I have in decades. Looking forward to the results on the golf course once the weather turns nice. All the people at the gym are super friendly and knowledgeable, incredibly supportive, making the whole environment something that I look forward to Each time I come.

mojoes for about 6months, and let me tell you, best decision I have ever made. I was Struggling with my form, midsection weight, energy & injuries and after only 3 months of training I knew I was in the right place.
Working out often at so many different gyms wondering why my neck and lower back always hurt started to take a toll on the frequency of my training.
once i joined Mojoes and I learned the correct way to workout ! Watch out.
I have been in the gym 5 days a week now feeling incredible.
I have always been active and worked out, however other gyms did not seem to give me the knowledge I needed to make a permanent change like mojoes. There knowledge and professionalism surpasses all other gyms i had trained in. Learning what your body actually needs is so important for the long term results.
if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions I would not be down 8% body fat and feel the best I have felt in YEARS !
Every trainer is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of there profession.

MoJoes is the best gym experience since moving out of NYC. I no longer have SI joint pain thanks to the trainers for strengthening my core and protecting my lower back. I work out 3x a week at Mojoes. 2x a week I train for endurance with Dave and I train 1x a week for precision with Noah. MoJoes is a place where professionals are training professionals. They have a focused clientele and a positive atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!

For the last 20 years I have loved fitness and staying in shape. I've done 10 years of CrossFit, 10 years of strength and cardio training before that, and just ran my first marathon last November. After a brief period off, I came to Joe and his team this winter looking to switch from marathon training back into a strength training regimen. Marathon training for almost a year had locked up my upper body and resulted in multiple pain points in my back, hips, and legs. Joe went above and beyond to identify imbalances that were triggering this and developed a program that addressed and fixed all of my issues. In 20 years of working out using different methods, I have never felt so balanced and well-rounded than after 7 sessions with Joe. He found problems and imbalances that I didn't realize I had and addressed them in ways that challenged me without worry of injury. I can't recommend Joe and his team at Mojoe's enough.

I have been a member of MoJoe's for a little over a month. The gym in Milford, CT is great- very clean, spacious, and has a lot of different types of equipment. I train with my trainer, Dave 2 times a week and have had a really great experience/ have seen results even in just a months time. Dave benchmarked my goals at the start of me joining the gym and checks in with me at the start of every month, which really helps me see my progression. Every session has a variety of different exercises, while also recognizing my personal strength and ability. I feel challenged while still not overdoing it and hurting my body. The gym also offers a Saturday group total body class which has been an added bonus to my weekly training. Overall, MoJoe's is a positive environment and I am very happy I found them when I did. I would definitely recommend this gym to others who are just starting their fitness journey, may need a push to get back into things, or want to improve. You will not be disappointed.
