We have been bringing our daughter here since she was 2 years old. She LOVES coming here every week and loves the staff. The girls are all so incredibly kind, they take all the kids' safety very seriously. We cant wait to see how much more she learns and grows as she keeps taking more classes.

***EDIT*** I left the review under this edit yesterday. Today, I finally received the reversal. Still an unacceptable amount of time (32 days!) but I've raised the review from 1 to 3 stars. The staff and teachers are great, the business practice is not.

About 7 weeks ago, my mother in law brought my daughter to her weekly class. She decided to give them her card number to pay for the following months class. She called us to inform she did that.

Needless to say, when we got charged $119 a couple weeks later, we were caught off guard when our account was charged instead. My wife immediately called and pointed out the mistake. They apologized and supposedly initiated a reversal. $119 might not sound like a lot to some people, but it really financially screwed us.

Here we are another 4 weeks later and we just got charged again and still haven't gotten the money back from last month. We've called and emailed and aren't getting anywhere. Technically, they've now charged us 3 times (both us and my mother in law a month ago, and now us again) in the last 4 weeks. I'm growing impatient and definitely starting to consider alternate options.

My name is Ava and I have gone here for a very long time. This gym is amazing! The coaches are supportive and not afraid to use tough love, but not in a bad way. They push you to be your best. And I know some parents might be hesitant about a coach “Pushing them to be their best” but they are not mean about it. All they want is for you to be proud and have confidence. This is the most amazing gym. I fully recommend Northwest Gymnastics. The coaches feel both like coaches, and mentors. It is fun to work out and they always want you to succeed, and praise you when you do. When you are having trouble, they will always be there to help you. Northwest is the place to do gymnastics!❤️
