Certified In-home and online personal trainer and health coach serving the Greenwich, CT and surrounding areas for over 17 years (any U.S. state for online training). Master's degree in Exercise Science with multiple specialties including orthopedic exercise, senior fitness, and golf fitness performance enhancement. Provides safe, effective exercise programs to a diverse clientele with an emphasis on injury prevention and maximizing results. Each client's program is tailored to their goals, ability and fitness level. Provides sports-specific enhancement training for tennis, skiing, running, skating, in addition to golf.

Carlos is professional, intelligent and passionate about his craft. I have a herniated disc with serious weight loss goals; Carlos helped be obtain both as my disc has re gelled into place and I've lost 60+ pounds (and still going). The environment for working out is safe with plenty of variety. Highly recommended. Carlos always takes time to learn what is happening with my muscles, joints, etc, then designs workouts for me. After years of running, my legs are very tight, but I want to stay fit and strong.
