Taisha is the best of the best! I’ve been working with her for almost three months and I can already feel and see such a huge difference in my body. 1 session a week truly is better than 3+ times in group classes! Please read below!

****I think the most important message I want to convey to anyone if they are hesitant whether it is time, budget, or any other reason, even if you can go once a week or less, trust me the benefits are so worth it. I had an unlimited membership at a studio taking small group classes and was able to go at least 3, usually more times a week. I fairly quickly found the studios were no longer challenging and very repetitive. I was concerned that since privates are more expensive than small group classes, that going less wouldn't be as effective but I was very wrong, far more effective! Whether you are a beginner or experienced you need to meet with Taisha! I promise you won't regret it and will keep coming back for more! I quickly realized that the very personalized and challenging one on ones will advance you (at your pace) and make you stronger, more flexible, more motivated and enjoy sessions far more than any classes. And again compared to other instructions she is phenomenal.

I am so happy I found Taisha, my only regret is I did not reach out sooner. She has an amazing energy and personality. Very patient, motivating, funny, knowledgeable and so much more. From our first session she immediately stood out compared to other instructors because she is so thorough. She is constantly telling you what areas you are targeting, what you are doing correctly so you continue doing that, what you need to adjust, friendly reminders, motivation, etc. This is probably what is expected from most instructors but that hasn't been my experience over many years and having a variety of experienced instructors and certainly never to this extent. She truly is incomparable. She will customize, get creative and challenge you in the best way. She will make you feel very comfortable and acknowledge your progress and make you feel good both physically and mentally. After many classes, different instructors and some privates with others, during the first session she immediately corrected / modified some essential and fundamental things that no one had ever mentioned, even though I was placed in "advanced" classes. It really shows you can be taking classes or meeting with instructors for a long time but that doesn't mean you have proper form or are getting the most out of your workouts. Not to mention you could injure yourself. I greatly appreciate how professional yet warm and fun she is.

The studio is beautiful and impeccably clean (you will surely catch her thoroughly cleaning between each session!). And don't think that just because it's pilates you may not work up a good sweat...but she also keeps the room cool and will adjust if you need. Don't be shy. She is VERY attentive and accommodating, last session she noticed me getting a little warm and immediately offered to put on an extra fan. She just naturally cares and is kind. I also have been pleasantly surprised and impressed that she does stretches with me I've never done before, sometimes incorporating different props. These are especially great because you can easily practice these at home.

Clearly I have nothing but good to say about her, I am happy I found her and you will be too! I happily travel over 30 minutes each way and even if just once a week or less I am so happy and impressed with her sessions. Not to mention you can immediately tell she's a great person and will effortlessly make you laugh and feel good. Safe to say she is definitely stuck with me! lol Do not hesitate, reach out to her asap, she will work with your needs, schedule, etc!

She is THE best! She kicks your butt as soon as you step foot into her studio! She makes you work HARD, and you can feel it the next day. This review is long overdue! I came to Taisha with absolutely zero prior knowledge of Pilates. I was just a gym girl looking to try something new. I THOUGHT I was pretty strong considering I lifted a few days a week and it’s safe to say Taisha politely humbled me through Pilates Day 1!!!

I instantly became hooked. I loved the challenge, the new workout and especially a fun and awesome coach like Taisha. She really is the best and I enjoy my mornings sessions with her !

Months after my weekly workouts I’ve noticed a significant difference in my core strength and in my legs (specifically my hamstrings) and not to mention my flexibility. Something as simple as touching my toes I was never able to do- 3 months in and my palms were on the floor.

I came to Taisha with no previous reformer experience and very little Pilates training. I was super intimidated by the reformer but Taisha is so calming and warm that any intimidation was left at the door. She is truly one of the best fitness trainers that I’ve worked with.
