About the Club

Strength, conditioning, flexibility and nutrition are the four cornerstones of being healthy. At Rebel Fitness we incorporate these elements through constant variety and personal interaction to motivate our members to achieve their goals.

Rebel Fitness is a group strength and conditioning facility with a personal feel. The coaches get to know each member and their individual goals. When you hear your name called out during a workout, you’ll know it’s true!

They will push you to your fullest potential each and every class. The members of Rebel Fitness are a fitness family. So if it’s not the coaches motivating you, it is the group of members you are surrounded by.

Can't recommend this gym enough!!!!!!!! I joined about a year ago after moving into the area and transitioning out of crossfit.

I have never felt strong in all areas of fitness (weights, plyometrics, bodyweight, cardio etc.) The workout are great!! Each day of the week has a little more emphasis on cardio, weight or bodyweight workouts.

The most important thing is there is an emphasis on progressive overload, you aren't picking up the same weights every time. The coaches are there to support you and make sure you are challenging yourself in a way that fits your goals. This is what truly allowed me to get strong which unfortunately is not what every gym will do for you. The workout types and movements also change with every "cycle" so you are constantly challenging yourself in different ways.

The community is great, the music is awesome (which is what I need in the middle of a hard workout) and honestly the cost for what you get is a great deal!

The workouts and physical results are like no other! Further, there is something that must be said about the Rebel Community. There is a positive energy that is contagious when you walk into Rebel. The members at Rebel Fitness are some of the most supportive and welcoming people I know. And Justin Debienski has created a culture that encourages & supports your best efforts, while at the same time fosters a sense of fun and community. I have been a member for just over 2 years and it has been such a relief to find a reputable gym with excellent coaches, programs, equipment, members, etc. Each day there is a mix of cardio and lifting which all exercises have a beginner version to an advanced version of the exercise. I love being able to show up and have routine/structure. The workout is on display with what exercises we are doing and what equipment I need. It is very efficient to go to the gym, get a great workout in and get out in about an hour. The class schedule has options for everyone which is helpful day to day. Although there are days I have to drag myself to the gym, it is always worth it after the workout!

I’ve been a member at Rebel Fitness now for a little over 2 years. It’s by far the best gym! I’ve never been someone who can go to the gym and work out on their own, rebels classes are amazing and the trainers are very knowledgeable. They even helped me safely work out thru issues I was having with my back. I’ve tried other gyms around the area and nothing was as good of a work out as a Rebel!

I can’t say enough about how awesome Rebel Fitness is! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I am consistently impressed with the variety (and challenging) workouts! The coaches - Justin, Matt and Danielle are super knowledgeable and always go above and beyond for their members. They have not only helped me get physically stronger but mentally as well. Great workout! I’ve been a member on and off since Rebel started. I took some time off for family and scheduling issues. I am so glad to be back! In the few months since I’ve been back, I am lifting heavier weights, dropping fat, and adding muscle. The coaches push you to do more and work harder. The clients also encourage and push one another to work harder. Glad to be back!

I have been a member at Rebel pretty much since inception and worked out with the owner at another location prior. What's great about Rebel is that no matter how fit you are, there is always a way to challenge yourself. The gym also quickly pivoted to offering Zoom classes at the beginning of the pandemic and continues tp offer one live Zoom every day along with sending out a recording. All of the equipment gets cleaned after each class and members have their own "square" to stay distanced during class. Another great aspect of the gym is that you get to know people on a personal level which makes coming to class something to look forward to.

One if the guys who runs the class said I was slow (completing the workout). I guess I'm not sure why he would think that is appropriate to say to a client. I had been going there for a week and I guess I'm not in shape. But that is why I'm there right? The other clients are a little snooty. Not really welcoming. Especially if you don't really know the workouts like they do. Great workouts though. Little pricey for what you get.

I've been apart of rebel fitness for 4 months now and I'm honestly loving it! I like the trainer because they are payin attention on your form and keep you going when you feel like your going to collapse on the spot. I like the atmosphere because it's clean. This music is ON POINT! And I would recommend rebel fitness.
